Booked 4 rooms. The reception was good and orderly. However, upon entering the rooms, it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned. There was sand on the floor, and the shower water smelled like well water. The interior looked old and run-down, though the beds were okay. In one room, the sliding door couldn't be locked, and there was an ant nest in a bathrobe. Breakfast cost 325 baht, but there was very little food, unlike anything I've ever seen. It included rice porridge, plain rice, 4-5 side dishes, noodles with only two toppings (ham and sausage), and a small salad bar. It wasn't worth the price, considering the room rate. They really should offer free breakfast.

Room service needs improvement to meet the required level, while the front desk service is quite good. Overall, most of the services are around 8 out of 10. In comparison with Forbes Five-Star standards, they still need to elevate their service level further.

The hotel is in a great location with a wonderful vibe. I stayed in a seafront room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. All the staff were incredibly friendly and service-minded — from the golf cart driver and reception team to room service — everyone made me feel warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for during my stay. Unfortunately, there was a secondary power outage lasting about two hours, but this affected the entire surrounding area, not just the hotel. The only downside for me was the breakfast, which wasn’t as good as I had expected. If the breakfast quality improves, everything about this place would be perfect.

I stayed for 1 night at a quiet seaside hotel.

Disadvantages:
• The bathroom had no water heater.
• The bathroom water had a foul smell, like stagnant water.
• The shower released a rusty odor when turned on.
• The water pressure was quite weak.
• No hair towel was provided.
• Breakfast was very limited compared to the room price.
• The fitness room had broken equipment.
• The swimming pool water was very cloudy.
• In room 114, I heard knocking on the door in the evening, but when I checked, no one was there.
• At night, there were disturbing noises — knocking sounds, music, and water running — very eerie.

Room is too old. Breakfast isn’t good. Serve milk that gone bad. The area has so many tree and lots of green as its name but seem not well-maintained

Been coming here seven years. Very private and quiet. Very remote, located next to Dusit and Avani hotels. Sadly, the owner isn't maintaining the property properly. On positive, TV reception is very good now, but no international stations. Breakfast is not quite as good as before, but decent. The coffee is poor: they have a machine that could make cappacinos and expressos, but it remains on display only and broken, much to the consternation of guests. The air-conditioning in our room didn't adequately cool the room down until the evening. The best feature of this resort is the pool which is long and rectangular and perfect for swimming laps.
