Island Dive Club (SHA Extra Plus) in Koh Tao Island

Cozy and Clean room in the middle of Sairee beach (center) surrounding by restaurants and shops. Reasonable prices. 10 steps walking to the beach. Friendly staffs and receptionists. They have a safe box in the room also which is super fine!

The hotel is located close to the bars and pubs. Sometimes in the middle of the night you can hear the backpacker kids screaming and running around with the motorbike. If you are not a party rat. The hotels around this area (including this one) might be not your type.

The location was perfect—close to restaurants, cafes, boat taxis, and the beach. After exploring the area, I found this beach (in front of hotel) to be the cleanest and softest, ideal for relaxation and sunbathing. It was less crowded, making it perfect for unwinding. I stayed here for four nights without any issues.

I have stayed in many hotels on koh tao and this is BY FAR the best in this price categorie: - Freshly renovated after COVID 19 - No weird smells - Nice and helpful hotel team - Rooms as on the picture and have a big fridge - Amazing "bang for your buck" - Comfy beds & nice bedding - Very Clean! - free shuttle service for the departure (not arrival) They have a boutique hotel with private pool on the roof too AMAZING ♥️ It's a bit pricier, but totally worth it if you can affors to splurge a little for a couple of nights 😉 Ich habe in viele Hotels auf koh tao übernachtet und diese bietet mit Abstand das beste preis/leistungsverhältnis - Frisch renoviert - keine komische Gerüche - nettes und hilfsbereites hotel team - zimmer sind wie abgebildet und haben einen grossen Kühlschrank - unglaublich gutes preis/leistungsverhältnis - bequeme betten und schone Bettbezüge - sehr sauber - gratis shuttle zum Bootssteg bei der Abreise (nicht Anreise) Tipp: Sie haben auch ein Boutique hotel mit privat Pool auf dem Dach ♥️ Kostet jedoch einiges mehr, ist aber das Geld absolut wert, wenn du dir etwas mehr leisten möchtest für ein paar nächte 😉

Very good location to the bars and restaurants and beach, simple and cute rooms with good pillows on bed. Clean with cleaning service when requested, you hang a sign on the door to ask for this. I will say that there is a pedestrian/ some scooter street in between the rooms and the beach, if this bothers you I would request a room on the rear face of the hotel. We personally weren’t bothered excessively, but good to know as there is street noise in the morning with sweeping and stores opening and people walking home speaking loudly in the evening. Any hotel on this street is likely to have this situation though I would say but it’s definitely less around this area compared to very north and just south of the area of Island Dive. One bonus is this hotel does have a free shuttle in the morning and afternoon to the pier. Overall would recommend and definitely stay again- it was a great value and pleasant stay!

Loved the location of this place! We thought it would be noisy at night because it is located right in the mix of things, however, nothing to worry about. Rooms are so spacious with a clean design! Will definitely choose to stay here again. The manager was so helpful in arranging transportation to the pier as well.
