Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. The length of 500 m, Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses and beach towels - free of charge.

Negatives:
Our villa shared a wall with another pool villa, and there’s a door connecting them, so we could hear the neighbors. The pool wasn’t fully private — we could see into another villa and they could see us.
Other notes:
Since it’s a ground-floor/garden villa, expect to see insects and reptiles. We saw several lizards, a toad, a couple of crickets, and lots of mosquitoes — definitely bring repellent.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, very relaxing, and we’d highly recommend it for anyone wanting a private pool villa experience in Koh Samui.
The room was comfortable and the daily cleaning was timely. The grounds were well kept with beautiful landscaping
The breakfast was delicious and varied, the drinks were well made and well priced. We had dinner there for 2 nights and throughly enjoyed it.
The staff was always friendly and welcoming.
The only con I would say is the beach, it’s rocky and made it barely possible to enjoy a swim to cool off. This is hardly something they can control, but if you want a resort with a swimmable beach, it’s not this one.
Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to another couple for a relaxing stay

Dinner was great with a good selection, and the pool area was fantastic—especially with the excellent cocktails! The staff by the pool were always smiling and attentive, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great service, delicious food and drinks, and a warm, welcoming vibe.
