- The light in the room is not enough, feel too dark. Breakfast, not enough options, and its tastes weren't the best
We took the garden private pool suit, it was far away from the beach and restaurants although buggy service was available.
My only wish is that management will be more flexible towards changing the date of the booking in future

Facilities all look nice and service staff smiling and available to help.
Only negative point quality of breakfast below standard. Many point to improve from buffet set up and a la carte dishes presentation.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping is very thorough, with service twice a day. The complimentary bottled water in the room is excellent – truly the best on the island.
Environment: Mosquito control is excellent; we barely encountered any, a stark contrast to the shops right outside the hotel. The beach sand is very fine and feels wonderful underfoot.
Service: The management is clearly very professional and well-structured. Staff members are all very discreet and courteous, making us feel secure and at ease. After we mentioned our anniversary beforehand, they showed thoughtful attention to it throughout our stay.
Dining: Breakfast was rather average. However, the Thai food at Cay is delicious, and dinner at Tree Tops comes highly recommended. The waitress, Aye, was delightful. A special shout-out to the bartender at Singing Bird next door; he's fantastic and definitely deserves a bonus!
