The hotel was very average. There was construction going on in the grounds, and the view from the bungalow was of a construction site. There were also construction activities by the pool. There were too few sun loungers by the pool; even if you left your belongings on a sun lounger, people would throw them down and take them. There was garbage lying around the bungalows. After dark, it was completely silent; nothing happened, no attractions. The only thing you could do was sit in or outside the bungalow. The bungalows were minimalistic; there wasn't a single table or chair in the bungalow. There was only a bed. A plus for the canopy, as without it it would have been difficult due to bugs and geckos. It was a long way from the port, so you had to take a taxi. The tap water was either cold or hot, and it was impossible to regulate. The bungalow door was problematic, as even when locked, it could be easily opened. Anyone can enter the resort; no one checks who enters, so it's not just guests who are there, which, given the inability to lock the doors, creates additional discomfort. Breakfast is delicious.

If I could give minus five stars, I would.
Our suitcase was damaged by the hotel staff while being handled, right in front of us. Despite this, customer service accused us of lying and denied responsibility, even though the incident is verifiable via their security cameras. The way they handled it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and significantly ruined our vacation experience, especially since we're on our honeymoon. The hotel refused to offer adequate compensation.
Furthermore, the room quality is poor and doesn't match the standard advertised. Even basic huts in Sinai are better.
Given the multitude of negative reviews from other guests, it seems this isn't an isolated incident but rather a pattern of dismissive and unprofessional conduct.
Don't be swayed by the hotel's beautiful facade. Learn from the mistakes of others – there's a reason they're rated so poorly here and on ***********.

Pros:
The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff were very attentive and always helped with carrying our luggage. They also assisted in calling a taxi for us. We especially appreciated the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available at the beach a wonderful touch!
Areas for improvement:
The road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the entrance can be a bit dark at night. Improving the lighting and signage could help make guests feel more comfortable.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Keep up the great work!

The place is beautiful, Grandma's room, but we have the impression that they are in too much of a hurry for the customers and you need an elevator to reach the office.

Stayed here after three days of diving and exercise, expecting a relaxing time, but the experience was disappointing.
The room had issues: no bidet spray, a broken showerhead holder, and an open bathroom design causing odors to spread. No drying area for wet clothes, and outdoor lounge cushions weren’t set up at check-in after light rain. Room service had very few options, and no snacks were available, with no way to buy any nearby.
The lunch and dinner restaurant had great views and service, but the food was average. Breakfast had limited choices and too many flies, making it hard to enjoy.
Service was decent, but most staff couldn’t communicate in Thai, which may be frustrating for local travelers.

We stayed here for three days, and it was a truly peaceful experience. The resort is in a great location at Shark Bay, with a quiet and beautiful beach. The surroundings are green and shady with lots of trees.
Our room was a Hideaway type, located a bit far from the lobby and breakfast area, but we actually liked the distance. Walking through the resort's natural setting was enjoyable. The room itself felt a bit aged but was very comfortable—good bed, quiet air conditioning, and a well-functioning hot shower. That was all we needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony added to the relaxing atmosphere.
One great feature of the resort is its three swimming pools, located near the beach, the restaurant, and the reception area (which was quieter). You can choose whichever suits your mood.
The resort is in a peaceful part of Koh Tao, but if you want to visit the town for nightlife or shopping, it's only less than 10-minute ride away. The resort offers a free shuttle service several times a day, or you can take a taxi for around 400 THB. We decided to rent a motorbike, which was super convenient. The resort staff arranged it for us, and the rental shop delivered the bike right to the hotel. This made it easy to explore scenic viewpoints around the island.
Food at the resort was good quality and reasonably priced for a resort of this level. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, including lots of fresh fruit. During the day, the beach bar had a happy hour with great drink deals. We especially loved the fresh coconut water!
The beachfront is public so you see many day trippers but this didn’t bother us as it’s wide and relaxing still.
The staff were friendly and helpful with every request. Special thanks to Pure for his dedication and excellent service.

The hotel is nice located and good environment. But the staff is no service mind especially woman at reception , I saw she rolled up her eye when client try to ask for help 🙄. The room is clean but very old, It not suitable for the price. Food is very not tasty and the hotel is far from the town so you can’t go to buy something to eat nearby.
