A wonderful small hotel located on the seafront. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The bungalows offer sea views, and you can watch the sunset from your room's terrace. Breakfast is prepared every morning: an omelet or fried egg, a couple of slices of toast, butter, jam, juice, coffee, and a fruit plate. The host, Soa, is a very sweet and pleasant woman, and I would like to thank the entire staff for our stay.

For a small rural home-style hotel, Baan Rabieng is very good! Several small houses, the sea is nearby, the beaches are almost always empty. It is touching that right next to your terrace overlooking the sea, there are chickens and roosters wandering around. The rooms are spacious, the plumbing is in order, the beds are comfortable. Breakfasts are not a "buffet", but very pleasant. We come here for the second time and will definitely come back again!

Lovely little bungalows, in need of some updating but clean and everything you need. perfect location and very friendly and helpful lady who runs it. Great restaurants just a few minutes walk, along with a 7/11. Beautiful beach (no shade so be prepared if you need shade)

The toilet was broken. The entrance door to the room was broken. The TV didn't work at first. Very unhygienic. Not clean. The sink in the living room had a broken drain. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was basic.

The cottage is facing the sea, and you can sit in front of the door and watch the sunset. The room is warmly furnished.

Best service on Koh Lanta. Incredibly nice staff. The rooms are okay, nothing more. Hard beds like everywhere in Thailand. You get breakfast served on your own veranda, which was absolutely magical. The scrambled eggs were among the best we ate in Lanta. Close to the beach.

Soa the lady owner is a very lovely person very accommodating. No problems leaving backpack if early or have late pick up. Breakfast was included eggs, toast, fruit basic tea and coffee. Location is good I had the best view of the sea from my balcony. The standard room has the more balcony space and privacy. Room was very clean, you can see they take pride in this resort. Markets, 711, lotus only 100 meters from the property. If coming back to Lanta on Klong nin beach I would stay here. Wifi was not the best but found that was not unusual in Lanta.

It's very good. There is a small balcony where you can eat outside. The breakfast is a little small. The bed is very comfortable. It's really nice to be near the sea. The air conditioner is quite ripe. You can buy some fruits and eat them here frozen
