Location ok. It was the quiet locals part of bangkok, so around 20-25 mins from tourist type places.

A small and simple hotel with a convenient location, about a 6-minute walk from the MRT. It's also easy to get to ICONSIAM. Breakfast is à la carte, enough for a simple meal. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.

Excellent hotel. The metro is right nearby. There are three breakfast options: American, house special, and Thai. All of them are delicious. It's very clean. There's a klong (canal) nearby, and several 7/11s and local shops. You're in the city center but surrounded by locals. The reception staff are very pleasant. We booked a room with a balcony, which turned out to be a great idea.

We purposely chose this hotel slightly away from the main sightseeing areas because we wanted a quieter stay—and it delivered.

The hotel is located in an alley, which makes a noticeable difference. You don’t hear the constant traffic or honking from the main road. We stayed in Room 402, which has a small balcony overlooking a residential area. It’s a pleasant view, but given how hot it was, we didn’t spend much time outside. One night there was a thunderstorm, but the air conditioning worked very well. Keep in mind that the electricity shuts off when you remove the key card, which is standard practice in many hotels.

The room includes a large refrigerator with a proper freezer compartment, which is convenient for storing drinks and simple food items. There’s no in-room cooking setup, but there is a shared microwave on the second floor, which we used a few times. The TV turned on, but we couldn’t access any channels. Wi-Fi was inconsistent—functional about half the time, unreliable the rest.

Daily housekeeping is provided, though we opted out. We simply placed our trash bin outside for collection and requested toilet paper as needed (they provide one roll per day). Two complimentary bottles of water are also provided daily.

One practical advantage is the location. It’s about a five- to six-minute walk across the river to the BTS station, making it easy to access major shopping areas like CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, and the broader Siam district. A Grab ride to the airport takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

The reception staff were generally helpful. The team also operates White Ivory Hotel, which is located on the main road at the corner.

A practical feature worth noting: there’s a washing machine on every floor. After washing, you can dry your clothes in a designated area on the first floor. The machine on the fourth floor cost 30 baht in coins per use, and you’ll need to purchase detergent separately (for example, from 7-Eleven).

Overall, it was a decent and reasonably comfortable four-night stay, especially if you prioritize quiet surroundings with convenient BTS access.

This hotel, considering its price point and unique stay model, truly exceeded expectations! The service, breakfast, and room were all excellent, especially for what we paid. Highly recommended! We stayed five days and four nights for only a few hundred baht, including breakfast for two.

The hotel has 5-6 parking spaces right in front, and we always found a spot when we drove back. Although the hotel is tucked away in an alley, it's wonderfully quiet. Anyone who's been to Bangkok knows how incredibly noisy the main roads can be, but staying in an alley offers a peaceful retreat. The surrounding area looks like an urban village, and there's a 7-Eleven just a few steps away, which is super convenient.

The room had a small balcony with a pure urban village view. It was simple but perfectly adequate, with a mini safe (just big enough for a wallet and passport, not a laptop). Though, that mini-safe makes you wonder: couldn't someone just walk off with the whole thing? Haha...

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a choice of Thai or Western options with tea, coffee, or juice. You could even get coffee refills, which was a nice touch! The staff provided service with a smile. The garlic chicken with rice for the Thai breakfast was particularly amazing, served with a clear egg soup. The breakfast was simple, but tasty, fresh, and delicious!

The only downside is the lack of an elevator. Moving our two 28-inch suitcases up and down was manageable (they were empty when we arrived, but we left our shopping in the car trunk because we didn't want to carry it all upstairs).

Overall, definitely a positive review! For budget-conscious travelers, this hotel is highly, highly, highly recommended!!!!

1. My flight was delayed, so I arrived after 11 PM, but the staff were very accommodating. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the subway, through some less savory alleys with a rather unpleasant smell, so I'd recommend arriving during the day to avoid any discomfort.
2. The bunk beds were comfortable, and the overall environment was pleasant. There were a lot of middle-aged Caucasian female tourists staying there.
3. The location is excellent, right on the metro line to ICONSIAM. I even bumped into Guang Lingling, the top celebrity at Thai Bai!

A very charming and aesthetically pleasing hotel. The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with the BTS just a 10-minute walk away. If you're driving, there are also parking spaces available. I would happily come back here again!
