Clean and hygienic. Although the lighting and view weren't great, for the price, I can't really complain – it's excellent value for money. The coffee made by the old lady across from the hotel is really good; I made sure to grab a cup every day during my weekend stay.

A peaceful stay at the Ratchada. The staff were super lovely and the space was comfortable. The only thing for me was that the rooms are a little dark.

The hotel’s location and overall vibe are truly amazing. Since we have family nearby, it was incredibly convenient for us. We’ve definitely found our go to place every time we visit Bangkok. And did I mention,it’s perfect for families!

The location is great, quite close to 7-Eleven and not far from the subway station. The staff are very welcoming and have a great attitude. The hotel itself is quite unique and also very quiet.

The hotel tried to charge us for a damaged, peeling table, which they conveniently hid. When they inspected the room during check-out, they demanded compensation. It was clearly old damage, and we had already reported it to the Chinese-speaking front desk staff the day before, who said they would inform the manager. Today, at check-out, they claimed the manager wasn't working and couldn't be reached. The male front desk staff was incredibly rude, pointing at us and acting as if they wouldn't let us leave without paying. This is the first negative review I've ever given after staying in dozens of hotels. Avoid this place!

Great value for money, fully equipped, and convenient with a co-working space inside the hotel. The lobby has a very vintage and photogenic decor. Plus, there's a Gao Laojiu Hot Pot right next to the hotel, within walking distance.

Im pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service at the hotel. However it is quite a walk to the nearest mrt, many 7-11 nearby and local food stalls.

Excellent, highly recommended! There are several 7-Elevens nearby, and the hotel is clean. The only downside is the poor soundproofing in the hallways; other guests were very loud at night, and then music started playing very early, waking me up.

This place was good. First room I seen 2 cockroaches. Told the front desk. Was quickly changed to another room no issues. I extended my stay (it’s close to metro) had to change rooms. The other room was good too clean no bugs. Only problem I didn’t like is they’re trying to find you for anything. Lose room key 300baht. Clog toilet 3000 baht. Smoke in balcony 5000baht etc… if you’re ok with that it’s not bad and right next to jodd fairs
