Very nice little hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here and think this place should be rated much higher on google reviews.
Lobby and room was super clean and relatively modern. Shared kitchen area near the lobby where you can help yourself to utensils and appliances. Staff were welcoming and friendly and we found the location to be quite good, with convenience stores located within walking distance and we ended up walking to a lot of the tourist areas as well. Such a good value stay, would definitely come back again!

I came here for new year countdown celebration. The location is very far from BTS station and 30mins walking distance away from ICONSIAM. There is no lift in the hotel also, which is quite inconvenience if you stay on the upper level. Not recommended unless you cannot get any cheaper hotel nearby.

We arrived in the early morning and were greeted by a very kind employee. He was attentive, although there was some difficulty with the language barrier. The continental breakfast was very weak, no fruit or yogurt options, you don't even have the option to buy anything extra, it's limited to what's offered (American breakfast items or Thai breakfast items). As we were arriving in the early morning, I sent messages in advance and received no response. I requested a transfer because Grab was taking a long time to get to the area, but they have no directions; the receptionist told me to try Grab.

Absolutely lovely interior, common area, and room. (Not sure how to attach video). To get there from the BTS station, needed to walk along a nondescript creek. The coffee service has ceased, yet the Pattern Hotel (in an alley beside the White Ivory) owned by the same proprietor offers breakfast at 7:30.

While the Whit Ivory offers a cozy boutique atmosphere, the streets outside reveals another world in which everyday folks live — even more down to earth than Bang Kapi, Rangsit, or Ramkhamhaeng. To wit, there are THREE convenient stores: 7-12, Lotus, and a CJ Supermarket (which offers many goods not seen in the previous two). In front of the 7-11, half a papaya costs only 10 baht (twice the size, but at half the normal price). Across the street from the 7-11 is a fast food restaurant where stirred fried chicken kra phrao cost only 69 baht. For higher brow diners, there are at least 3 nearby restaurants with reviewer rating of 4.9/5.0; but they will set you back 600-1,000 baht each.

pros: Clean, comfy bed, staff are friendly.
We took the suite so the room was big.
Breakfast was in the next hotel, it was OK but small, you chose a dish and they will prepare it for you.
It is around 10 min walk from BTS metro station.
cons: isolation is weak and bad, we could hear any move outside but thankfully there is no road traffic after midnight so it becomes quite.
The roads around are narrow and dark, little bit difficult to get into or out from a taxi, or to walk alone late at night.
There was no complimentary coffee. The toilet sliding door can't be closed and have to stay open!
At the end, we liked our stay as short stay and would recommend it if you want to get away from busy area.

Super location, five minutes from BTS and ferry station. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities and a night market at the end of the city. Away from the tourist areas and therefore very local. The rooms are chic and clean. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, but let's be honest, you're in Bangkok. Where else can you find something if not here?

I loved staying at The Pattern Boutique Hotel again. This is my third time in Bangkok, and I always stay there. It's a little outside the main area, but the BTS is just a five-minute walk away, and you can get downtown in fifteen minutes. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and there are food stalls and pharmacies close by. Plus, there are like, five 7/11s nearby.
The staff is great and super helpful. The rooms are small, but they're fine.

Pros:
I was in the studio room with a balcony; best hot shower, mattress and pillows I've had in Thailand... really really good and a real pleasure to experience over here.
Nice, quiet air con.
Wonderful big quiet fridge.
Microwave included in room to heat meals from the three or four nearby convenience stores if desired (the first microwave I've had in Thailand).
Very quiet location.
Only $10ish AUS for a grab/TAXI into varying city locations (little motorbike trike blokes seem to charge like wounded bulls, so haggle them down to a realistic price).

Cons:
A block-out curtain would be the icing on the cake.
They should put a little pad in the door jam to quieten the doors closing.
All hotels in Thailand should put in "smart tvs" so westerners can mirror screen their phones to the smart t.v and watch their choice of multilingual programs (utube, Netflix, or anything they choose from their own phone).

Stayed because it was near a clinic where I was having surgery.

The TV was damaged with a long horizontal line through the centre making it quite annoying to watch anything on it. Considering I was at the hotel to rest and use the TV, it was quite an annoying experience. Management weren't interested in fixing this or moving me to another room or offering a discount and later admitted they didn't think it was an issue at all, which prompted me to write a review funnily enough.

Soundproofing is awful, you can hear everything in the next room, so hope your neighbour is quiet.

Towels weren't replaced for the week of the stay.

Only 1 soap to share between the bathroom sink and the shower, so you have to keep moving soap between the two. Why not just have 2 soaps?

Lighting was a bit bizarre, there's no bedside table for a lamp so you have to turn the ceiling spotlights off before finding the bed.

Rooms are looking a bit worn out compared to the pictures.

Staff were friendly although unhelpful. Apart from the first guy that carried my case up the stairs, I'm grateful to him for that.

Wow, seriously, it’s like finding a hidden gem in the middle of a neighborhood. The vibe here is just great—comfy, modern, and super clean! The best part? It's close to 7-Eleven and all the snack spots, plus the skytrain is nearby. My first time in Bangkok, and I already got a spot that’s totally recommended!
