Hotel rooms were comfortable, great air con, and surprisingly little traffic noise. The room we were in (1st floor, front) was very small though with no storage to speak of. As my husband and I were there for a week this was a bit too cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was central enough to get taxis very easily, but not close to the BTS. The cafe downstairs did a great value, and great tasting, breakfast.

My booking was cancelled within hours after my reservation !
I am left without a room upon my arrival in Bangkok. No explanations. No refund.
This is crazy.

Great hostel with good budget. Clean and friendly. Good breakfast and coffee in the cafe on the first floor. Location is near everything in Bangkok. Nice place and would come back and stay in the future.

Receptionist put in front of me calculator with 750 as a response to check in... I politely repeat its paid and show the reservation number. He told me no chance to find booking and asking for money or nothing. What a shame.

I've personally stayed in the larger rooms here before. This time, I decided to try one of their smaller rooms. My room was on the top floor, and it was scorching hot when I first walked in. The bed wasn't as comfortable or supportive as in the larger rooms; it felt like it sank quite a bit when I sat down. Also, unlike the larger rooms, the TV wasn't a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix. Based on this experience, I'd personally recommend just booking their largest room type.

On the positive side, the hotel has consistently maintained excellent cleanliness. The staff downstairs were attentive and provided good service. There were plenty of fresh towels, security was good, and the air conditioning kept the room comfortably cool. Overall, I'd still recommend this place for anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

The room was clean and the location was excellent. There's a cafe downstairs, and the soft pillows made for a very comfortable night's sleep.

I often come to drink coffee here because I live in the condo opposite. The drinks all taste good and the staff provide good service. However I wish the owner can add a fan in the toilet because it is always too hot in there. Thanks!

The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They offer 24-hour check-in, with check-out at 12:00 PM. We chose a room with a 5-foot bunk bed. Please note that the room has a strict two-person occupancy limit, and an additional 200 baht will be charged for any extra guests. It's a small room, and ours was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The bathroom is shared, but shampoo is provided. The service was good.

There was no hair dryer or complimentary bottled water provided, amenities typically found in other hotels. On the plus side, the air conditioning was cold and the water pressure was strong.
