Resort V - MRT Huai Khwang in Bangkok

We stayed here for our Bangkok trip. They require you a 1,000 THB deposit, which is pretty standard for most accommodations. However their rooms weren’t clean! Their en-suite bathroom wasn’t even clean as well. We even requested to change our bedsheets, but the one they gave was also dirty! Even the curtains as well had like blood-like stains on it? Their beds felt like it was infested with bed bugs because of some marks on it.

The walls of the bedrooms are also so thin, you can hear people talking from the next room. In addition to this, if you also stay on their ground floor, it’s right across their pool which is a concern for privacy since there’s only a glass sliding door between the pool area and the room.

For the same price per night, you might as well consider staying elsewhere where it’s more safer and clean. Good thing we were able to get another accommodation on the same night we went to this hotel.

The hotel looks nothing like the photo online!
I would not recommed for family or anyone! The room was very dirty, the sheets smelled, with dust on the floor. The bathroom was moldy.
mykids couldn't sleep well because the room smelled bad!!

I hope the management improves their cleanliness. Unfotunately, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to othes!

where do I even start, got to the place and as soon as I stepped into the room the bad smell was so strong, checked around found mold all over the pillows, in the shower, and the walls. The aircon was leaking. The curtains were so dirty. The sheets had look like they’ve never been cleaned nor changed. Told one of the workers she came and brought new pillows yet still to find mould on them. And when I asked her a question she ignored me and left. Was there for 2 hours and could not stand it so booked a better hotel and left. Would not recommend wouldn’t even give it a one star. Poor service and poor quality.

I have no words - this place is beyond horrible.

You can clearly see that the pillows and sheets haven't even been washed.

I'll give them two stars for giving us a refund. Other than that, if there were a zero rating, I'd give it to them.
