We check in at 11 am. But only get room at 3 pm. No.problem with that. Butvwhy do we need to queue a that freaking long line just to get a room card.

The room is not that big, but it is convenient to travel and there is a lot of food.

The room is quite old, the elevator is a bit scary, the bed sheets are dull in color, but the price is cheap and it is close to the BTS.

And then I came to sleep in the old building. The noise was quite loud. The towels should be changed. Everything else was okay.

The room looked like the sheets had not been changed at all. I slept all night itchy. Open the room and go in, it smells very bad of cigarettes. When I opened the window I saw it was full of cigarette butts. Very disappointed with the money😡

When there’s great location, there’s nothing to complain about sanitary and facilities, except for the poor air pollution from the near by temple offering cremation services (วัดธาตทอง/Wat That Thong) but luckily most hotel rooms don’t come with window. Definitely giving here a five ranking hotel because of the location.

We had an amazing stay and will be back. The pool area is excellent and plenty of space to relax and even work.

The location is brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is getting aged and older and the rooms are in need of modernizing. There were some repairs which the staff were slow to attending to. Overall, it is a good stay, but there are many more great options for the same price.

We got the studio room. The usage space is ok but room cleaning is not neat and good enough. Unluckily, the room # 656 had so many many ants 🐜 biting me. I called the reception. Overall, it was pretty good. The gym facilities were too dirty, especially the yoga mats. I hope they can be replaced.

Booked this hotel for my husband’s business trip. This is his second time staying here, as he finds it convenient due to its strategic location near shopping malls and its affordable price.

The hotel location was very good for shopping but I didn’t think it was 4 star hotel.

The facilities are outdated, and there's a musty smell. The air conditioning fan is really loud, and the toilet barely flushes! I'm definitely not staying here again! Pretty disappointing! The only good thing was the breakfast buffet.
