The hotel itself gets to feel more like your home as everyone around the community is so friendly. The TV is the best! Shower and bathroom facilities are adequate and the room is traditional Thai style with a huge king size bed (I got a deluxe room). The room is huge too! There is a lift for convenience areas to sit on the rooftop basement or level 2, and kitchen and laundry facilities and a rooftop garden and pool. Really, very good value for money!! There are so many different places to eat and get massages etc in the local area too!!!

Hello 👋 We stayed there for 2 weeks. Rooms were good. Terrace pool is decent. Location of the hotel is also great for traveller's looking to stay in a peaceful area. It had 2 7-Eleven stores at a walking distance. During rainy season, the road is filled with water which takes 2-3 hours to drain properly. You need to take a taxi if you’re in rush to go anywhere. Only thing that I not liked about the place is the cleaning of rooms. They don't do it. When there were 3-4 days left to our check out, they literally stopped doing the cleaning. So you need to keep knocking them for the cleaning service at their reception desk. Although, it's a good place to stay for short duration or longer duration. Grab is easily available at this place. No idea about the public transport because we didn't use it. Nearest metro station was Lat Phrao.

Booked the superior room. Was nice and big.
Giving this a 4 because of the smell in the bathroom. Overall it was a super cute place! Amazing staff- all friendly and made my 5 day stay comfortable. They even have smart TV. Breakfast buffet 100 baht. Close to 7/11 and easy to get taxis

This hotel offers budget-friendly rates and operates 24/7 for your convenience. You can check in at any hour. The building is a little bit old. At 500 baht per night, it has a prime location near a local market, ensuring you’ll never go hungry with plenty of street food options available all the time. 👍

1. In the kitchen there were no plates, and there was only one spoon and one fork. One day there were no spoons at all. I asked a staff member (the old lady washing the hydroponic salads), but she didn't answer anything. She simply ignored me. Later I saw her talking to one of the maids, so she wasn't deaf. That was rude.
2. The pots and frying pans in the kitchen were all burnt (see the pictures attached). This is disrespect towards the guests. If they open up the kitchen, they must buy decent cooking utensils.
3. The kitchen is supposed to close at 9 pm. But on one evening I came down at 8.40 pm, and it was already closed.
4. The filter of the AC in the room hadn't been cleaned in a long while, dust was clearly visible (see the picture).
5. Bedsheets had stains on them.
6. Every time after rain, the street where the hotel is gets flooded. It's impossible to go out until the next day.
7. The swimming pool was nice, but the door of the shower won't close.

cool hotel.. it was cheap and nice. the view from the rooftop was stunning.. but to reach the center of bangkok.. u need a taxi or similar, cause it´s a lil bit far.

I've never been in such a wretched room

Clean, beautiful, I loved this hostel! The pool on the rooftop is great for refreshment and the organic garden is impressive. You could see how different types of lettuce grow there, you can see how the gardeners work and you can even help yourself! The rooms are clean, cozy, there is a fridge and TV. It's a bit far from the center though but the neighborhood is great! Food markets all around, fresh fruit. The bus stop is 5 min walk.
