This is a 3-star hotel that offers a basic yet functional stay. The room includes a lockbox for securing valuables, which adds convenience. The air conditioning works well, the room size is comfortable, and the shower is adequate.

However, the décor feels a bit dated, and the overall condition reflects the hotel's age. WiFi is available and generally sufficient for typical use.

While the hotel is not located in an especially quiet area—there are bars nearby that can create some noise—higher-floor rooms that do not face the street are relatively quiet and recommended for light sleepers.

Another point to note is the bed. Compared to more modern 3-star hotels, the mattress here is on the firmer side. If you prefer a softer bed with more padding, you may find it slightly uncomfortable.

Service is decent—friendly and responsive—and the location is reasonably accessible, though not particularly central. Considering its slightly higher price, the overall value is average.

The room was okay but the hotel felt old and more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. On the positive side, the location is great. Close to the beach and the staff were friendly. However, overall it didn’t feel worth the price we paid to stay here.

Overall the room is good - quite, clean and have basic amenities. The hotel is not far from the beach. Car parking is available at the hotel.

The service is good. The breakfast is complementary but may not be ideal for foreigners.

Breakfast at Dynasty Inn hotel was very funny, only bread, butter, jam, chicken soup, one sort of coffee, tea, artificial orange juice that is all. View of rooms are not good. There is no swimming pool, it is boring to stay at the Dynasty Inn hotel after certain time. Close proximity to McDonald's, Subway restaurant, Sizzlers, burger King, Starbucks, Korean restaurants and shopping malls is great to arrive there in 10 minutes. Seaside is within 5 minutes walk. You can purchase all kinds of tshirts, underwears from stalls on the seaside. Comfy but girls on the seaside are not submissive, they choose their male mates on their own at nights. Soapy body massage parlors are in close proximity. Normal Thai , foot massage parlours are also nearby.

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.

Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
