Room size is very small but it’s very neat & clean. Only draw back is they don’t have lift in the Hotel. Price is reasonable

Big recommendation if u wanna find place in the top location of Pattaya and if u need just nice clean place for sleeping and resting- is the best choice. I was there 6-8 times. And I will back, because this amazing balance price-location-clean , so, why not? See u next time, thx 🙏🏽

A new boutique style hotel in an excellent location surrounded by many restaurants and bars, with the beach being a stone's throw away. WiFi was awesome and the room was spic and span. There is no in-room safe so be careful if you bring a guest! On checkout they were nice enough to give me a little gift box.

Small compact motel proved to be a winner with me. Cheap rates ,friendly and attentive staff made my stay a pleasure. Was warned about construction noise prior to payment, but @ $36 AU per night (low season) and situated between Soi 12 and Soi 13 on 2nd Pattaya Rd ,LK Metro and Soi Buakhoa and Kiss food within walking distance, what more can i ask for. Room safe for valuables and parking of motorbike right outside front entrance meant night security watching over.The only downside to this motel is no lifts and TV in rooms could be larger ,.hence 4 star rating. Room without window meant that after 5 hrs of sight seeing, coming back to near cold room was a bonus, not having to wait 1hr for the air con to kick in !Bottled water x 2 daily and bar fridge was empty (good) as Family Mart / 7-11 everywhere. Would highly recommend and intend to go back there when in Pattaya.

New and clean. Faucet clogs up easily if you leave the water running. One of out two hangers is damage. Can't be used.

Decent enough. Clean. WIFI was down in tge rooms for the time we stayed there although they had in the lobby. Tea/Coffee and water available at tge reception at no charge (drinking there).
Central to the pubs and nightlife. Not far to the beachfront

Nice and polite staff, but he did not wear a mask while brewing coffee. Even I was entering to the store he went to the coffee bar to take my order without having his mask on before performing the service. Noted that the staff needs to be concerned more situation awareness especially for the current Covid19 Pandemic Prevention for himself and others.

Moreover, I chose to pay via "คนละครึ่ง", but he told me that ถุงเงิน's phone of the shop is with another staff and that staff was not here. OMG!!! (Please, noted that you can log-in ถุงเงิน applications for your shop at maximum of "4" devices.)

For the coffee, it is Dark Roasted Coffee Bean which is good for mass taste of many people in normal.

Don't make a reservation for Airbnb. If you pay in cash, it'll be a little cheaper. The room is clean.Perfect security...

Excellent location off of bukao on soi 15 I think. The room was small but had good wifi mostly. I had to reset the router a few times. Cold aircon and hot water shower. Drinking water is available in the lobby. Beware that there is not an elevator and this place is not handicap accessible. So if your on the fourth floor... And after a long day at the bar it's quite a climb. Friendly staff. I'll probably stay again or one of the other guest houses on the street.

I checked in 2 days ago and it is sooo loud here..the walls are thin and the halls echo..nighttime no staff so people come and go all night..
I asked if i could check out and get partial refund from the 18,000 baht for room plus 8,500 deposit.
NOOO only can give you partial deposit back..
Thats 9,000 baht a night here.
Im stuck here for the next 29 days because i cant get my refund..
8 years i have been living 6 months a year here and my first bad experience is this fricken place...
SO UPSET WITH THE PEOPLE HERE.
