Another benefit is they was clothes on site for a fair price. There were very accommodating when I needed to extend for 2 days. It's a small boutique place with great service and very close to nightlife and restaurants

I'd call it a boutique hotel, it had delightful furnishings, the in-room facilities were great, it had air-con AND a fan, (I'm not sure about you but I love a fan for sleeping), and a good shower

The hotel's biggest letdown is the neglected state of the mats around the pool. It's a real eyesore, which is a shame because the pool area itself is tidy

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. The staff name Prae Namthip Praew Bright were very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. The location is good and convenient

Highly recommended if you are on budget. Only issue is they dont have lift or elevator.

The facilities aren't brand new, but they're perfectly functional. Our room's air conditioning and hot water worked without any issues. The cleanliness was decent too; at least, I didn't find any bugs or ants in my room

It's super convenient for getting to 7-Eleven or the beach, which is just across the road. You can also rent a motorbike downstairs

I needed a room with a balcony because I smoke, and they moved me to one on the third day. For the price, it's pretty good value for money. The second-floor has a large balcony with nice views, but there are mosquitoes

Decent play to stay 50m from Beach and on Soi 7/8. Staff barely speak English, the hotel has no cafe or pool. Beds are firm but rooms are large. Sometimes the prices are good, and worth it

Well, I booked more than a weekend but the stay was great! The location is prime, steps to beach rd. The rooms are spacious, modern and have great lighting for whatever activities you may or may not be engaging in ;)

BETWEEN $50-$80 Australian dollars per night. Nice restaurant just in front of hotel and right opposite the beach. bars and nightlife at your doorstep. Hilton hotel and excellent shopping centre just a 2 minute walk

The staff are friendly and attentive. Decent channel selection and good WiFi. Laundry service is available and is a day turn around. Right outside the hotel are plenty of places to eat and grab a drink

Great location! It's just 50 meters from a pedestrian street and a 7-Eleven, and very close to Pattaya Beach and the pier for Koh Larn

When I asked about buses back to Bangkok, the front desk was very earnest and responsible. Turns out, their information wasn't as accurate as what I found on Xiaohongshu, but their attitude was impeccable

I stayed one night here. This hotel doesn't have elevators. But everything was good. Deposit is so high. 4000 baht. But anyway, this hotel is quite good if you,want to stay near Walking Street.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. My only pet peeve is the AC can be a bit too cold blowing directly on you. And I never got the Wifi to work. I missed my class as a result

Moved from a cheaper room to a more expensive room. In this room there were large gaps in the window. All the sounds from the street were very audible. Single window (the cheaper room had a double window)

But, I didn't get the point that I asked for a later room move because I was called to my room 2 hours before the supposed move. Even though I'm just moving from one floor to another floor

The host was friendly and helpful. We had booked two rooms and arrived 2 hours early so they provided one room to us for those two hours free of cost

Later in one of our rooms there was some issue with the water supply in the washroom. So they immediately changed the room and overall a budget hotel, provides basic amenities for the price you pay

The location is very convenient. The price is cheaper than other facilities. The facilities are simple but they have a pool. Most rooms have balconies so you can smoke on the balcony.

By far, the best bang for a buck in Pattaya. Swimming pool, bungalows, close enough to walk everywhere, but secluded enough to be very quiet at night. Staff is amazing!

The hotel is located in the heart of Walking Street. Yes, it is very noisy, but we were so tired every day that we slept like dead until the morning. We were not disturbed by the fun outside the window

The room completely matches the photo on the website. There are updated beds, furniture. Some items even still have labels :)) There is no dust, the floors and bathroom are clean

The elevator is very interesting. It does not provide disposable items such as toothbrushes. It is hidden in the hotel on Fengyue Pedestrian Street in Pattaya. You can often see people taking people into the hotel

Although it is in a pedestrian street, it is very quiet. The facilities and equipment are very old. The elevator is even more exaggerated. What is particularly unacceptable is the bathroom equipment

There is no central boiler, only a small electric heater, and it is a fixed tent. First, it can be used as an hourly room for 500 baht for 2 hours, but it is not recommended to stay

There are many choices of restaurant, cafe and bar near this hotel. In the room, there are soap, 2 bottles of water and bath towel only. So you must bring shampoo, conditioner and facewash

If you need hot water, it's available at the lobby. But there are a fridge, hot shower, air-con and a clean bed in the room. So it's enough and comfortable for simple stay at this area

Private parking is available behind of the building. I will be back here next time

I originally booked a standard room without knowing the hotel layout, despite the high occupancy during the peak high season and the busy firework week, the front desk girl kindly upgraded me to the last available Deluxe room on the second floor

This vary well located to many things and to my surprise I found a wonderful Taylor shop in the bottom of the hotel by the name of Raymond the Taylor the owner speaks five languages and is a wealth of info about any thing wanted to see in the Thailand thank Michael

This is my hotel in Pattaya at cost of 260 baht per night. this is a luxury hotel with very cheap price. my Thailand tour of 13 days was superb. total cost of my trip is only 1600 baht
