Great hotel close to the beach and quite central for everything. The staff were very friendly and breakfast had a great choice for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and quit for a central location

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful , polite & friendly. My only concern would be the rude guests who usurp the chairs next to the swimming pool by leaving things there while they eat breakfast

By the time we arrive from breakfast to swim , they are no spots available. The best part of this hotel resort is the buffet breakfast. Excellent choices & selection is always fresh & well prepared

Rooms were good but didn't like the transparent window of the bathroom looking in to the bed room. But other then that it had the best breakfast buffet, amazing pool and a good back entrance/exit to the beach front

Very helpful staff that gave us possibility for late check out that we really needed. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Very well located with direct access to the beach and direct access to a small shopping mall

The location is convenient, right next to Beach Road. The room was clean, and the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the newly renovated rooms will probably be even better! The staff were polite and helpful

The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We barely saw any other Chinese guests during our stay; it seems to be a popular choice among foreigners.

After two nights, I decided to try the more premium rooms on the 9th and 10th floors and I have to say that the free lounge and more equipment there were not worth the 30% higher price! What I enjoyed the most in this hotel was the swimming pool and the live music on Saturdays

Absolutely phenomenal cleaning service. Cute, helpful and awesome service. Rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable, ac is good, additional free services like borrowing guitar plus equipment for free is just awesome

The hotel's location is great, very close to the beach, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It would have been a fantastic experience, but the check-out process left a sour taste

Labeling this hotel as a 5-star is a bit of a stretch; the only real highlight is the pool. Overall, I'd give it a maximum of 4 stars. I hope Ctrip will be more accurate with their star ratings in the future

Perfect location for my family tour. The room is clean daily, there small truck to get you around town for only 10 baht right infront of the hotel

The actual amenities did not match what was listed but the necessities were provided. They have a small store on site, two pools and a fitness center. Ample on-site parking was available and convenient

By the pool are renovated and they’re more modern and much better than rooms and other wings that are actually more expensive

Nice place for staying. This time I stayed for several days on Christmas time. The hotel was full of visitors. I liked their beautiful garden and the beach in this season.

The front desk service was excellent; when we arrived, after a brief chat, they promptly gave us our room cards. A staff member then kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room

Later, when the lock on my suitcase broke and I couldn't open it, I took it to the front desk. The attendant there was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically tried to fix it for me

The bathroom is okay but we would prefer a normal shower and not a shower in the bathtub. Enough free parking at the back of the hotel! Overall a place where we like to go to

With a Baht taxi easy to travel to multiple location along the boulevard and on the way back to the Pattaua night market. Mattress is a little hard but sleep well

We stayed in a high-floor room with a sea view, which was pretty good. The room was spacious, and the pool downstairs was usable, but the water was a bit cold due to the weather, so we didn't go in!

The room is delightful, has a modern minimalistic feel/look. Is very spacious with plenty of storage spaces. With its 2 terraces, it affords excellent views over the city and across the bay to the town

Very basic room. Not even a glass to put your tooth brush in; both soap dispensers were broken. However, location is great, walking distance from the all the nightlife/beach

The room is small but modern and cozy. It smells good and I like that it has both a/c and a ceiling fan. They don't provide water bottles but you can fill up your own bottle downstairs or get hot water

Stayed st this hotel in November. Can’t be beaten for location and is a good hotel. WiFi was good did breakfast was fine. Staff are ok with little interaction from them

However, the next morning, the staff cleaned them thoroughly, so it wasn't an issue. What surprised me most was the excellent location and the fact that you could use the pool for this price!

Pattaya beach is walkable distance (1. Hotel rooms are okay, staff is way too rude. Most of the Staff doesn't understand english except reception staff

Just Perfect for a stay in Pattaya! The room is huge and has very nice view of the sea! There is also a small gym for a quick work-out, plus you can have a sight of greens and sea from the gym

Stepping out, you're right at the beach, and that was fantastic! The hotel's pool area was large and had multiple pools, another great feature! The only slight downsides were the rather loud air conditioning and refrigerator noises

Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges

The sea view from the room was beautiful too. The facilities are well-organised, especially the pool with a stunning sea view

You can then take another set of steep stairs upto Sky Gallery, or walk the full length of the beach which has numerous beach umbrellas to sit at

The only minor thing is that parking near the entrance is quite limited, so you may need to park a little farther away, but the hotel provides a convenient golf cart service to take guests to the lobby, so it’s not really a problem

This is my 4th time to stay in this hotel. It takes five minutes walk from the highway connecting Jomtien Beach and Pattaya Beach. A budget hotel of outstanding value for money. Buffet breakfast is up to expectation
