I booked here for a week over New Years and was very happy that I did. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean. The wifi also worked great. The staff was very helpful & friendly with great service. Another benefit is they was clothes on site for a fair price. There were very accommodating when I needed to extend for 2 days. It's a small boutique place with great service and very close to nightlife and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

Overall quite a good place in a nice location, not very far from the center. Wifi works fine while not very fast, room is relatively big, quite silent there as well.
Things which I don't like: it's really dark in the room even with all lights switched on, really weird and secondly - there is basically a wall of other building 1 meter away from balcony so you don't have any view at all, and sun doesn't come there too. And it was the most expensive room, mind... And also know they take a 5% higher price when you pay by card, which isn't cool and I'm sure processing cots less than that.

This was a surprisingly good stay. I'd call it a boutique hotel, it had delightful furnishings, the in-room facilities were great, it had air-con AND a fan, (I'm not sure about you but I love a fan for sleeping), and a good shower. The bed was really comfortable and the room was big enough you could move around easily without bumping into things.

I enjoyed my stay at Access Inn, the location is very near the busy soi bukhao so near all the partying but nevertheless my room was quiet and I will add that the bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. Hot water was spot on in sink and shower, microwave in the room. Staff are helpful and good people. I would have no hesitation in staying again.

I booked this place for 11 days. I should have left after walking in the room. The place was a sh** hole. I figured since my booking was non refundable I would stick it out. What a big mistake. The reviews online are not even close to being accurate about this place. The pics are outdated and every single person who has given this place a good review must have been high the whole time of their stay. Furniture is old and outdated, bathroom is disgusting. My first day I spent most of the time out and about and only slept in the room when I got back. The 2nd night I turned on the shower and turned around to get undressed when I looked back at the shower the water was literally brown. I couldn’t believe it. I left the water running for a good 30 min and it wouldn’t clear up. So I have to brush my teeth with bottled water. No shower for me. The next morning I woke up and when to the bathroom and there was a big brown water stain on the floor. Guess what? I turn on the shower and brown water again. I turned off the water and brushed my teeth with bottled water and packed up my bag and left. I checked out of the hotel with no refund and booked somewhere else. The thing that really pissed me off was the reviews. Can no one actually right an honest review? This place is a definite 1 star hotel.

This is my second time staying here at 18 coins hostel , and it’s one of the best accommodations I’ve found in this area. All the party clubs and nightlife spots are close by, and the beach is also not far from here. It really feels like the centre of everything, which is why I came back again.

The hostel and hotel offer good shared rooms.
There are separate rooms and washrooms for girls.
Reception service is available 24/7.
Payment can be made in cash.

I have been coming to this hotel for over 3 ½ years. During that time, I’ve made wonderful friends here, and I’ve always appreciated how most of the staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive — they smile, remember my name, and make me feel at home.

Unfortunately, on my most recent visit I experienced something very disappointing. One staff member treated both me and my fiancée with open hostility. When I greeted her politely, she responded with a scowl and shouted at me. She also swore at us and told me my fiancée was not allowed at the hotel. This was shocking and upsetting, as I’ve never been treated this way in Thailand before.

It’s a shame, because the rest of the team is excellent. However, one person’s behavior can be enough to ruin the experience for guests. I truly hope management addresses this, because otherwise this is a great place to stay.

Even though the check-out time is 12 PM, they let me stay until 2 PM because my bus was late. Such nice people! There's a good reception area where you can bring food and eat while watching the outside moving traffic.
