The facilities aren't brand new, but they're perfectly functional. Our room's air conditioning and hot water worked without any issues. The cleanliness was decent too; at least, I didn't find any bugs or ants in my room. It's super convenient for getting to 7-Eleven or the beach, which is just across the road. You can also rent a motorbike downstairs.
I needed a room with a balcony because I smoke, and they moved me to one on the third day. For the price, it's pretty good value for money.
The second-floor has a large balcony with nice views, but there are mosquitoes.
‼️ There are 2 downsides:
1. The soundproofing isn't great. It was quite lively... even past 3 AM, it was still very noisy.
2. There's nowhere to hang clothes after washing them.

I've stayed at this guesthouse multiple times, and it's a truly sincere establishment. The owner is warm and polite, and the staff are dedicated and responsible. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but I personally feel very safe there.

The location is excellent — right on Beach Road and just a short walk to Walking Street, which is super convenient for exploring the area. The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The owner was especially kind, even providing us with extra coffee sachets and water bottles during our stay, which we really appreciated.
The only downside is that there’s no elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage or stay on higher floors. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay with good hospitality and a perfect location!

The location is convenient to walk to the beach or any other shops. There is a big outdoor balcony for guests to share and enjoy watching sea view. The room is clean but very old. The room is dark because the light is not bright enough. There is no elevator.
