The hotel is very basic, but it would be fine if they kept their prices fair. A room in the morning cost 38 euros, but for Christmas week it costs 95! A price that's absolutely not worth it. The rooms are clean, but there's absolutely nothing there besides the bed. We asked for chairs and they gave us one (there were three of us).
Even worse, the pool is covered in half-broken ceramic tiles, and my daughter cut her finger on day one... talking to other guests, we discovered that their children had also been injured!
The owner's rudeness was overwhelming when we reported what happened. No compensation, no empathy, she yelled at me that I was free to leave if I wanted. How sad.

Nice hotel, as expected for a 3-star hotel. Recently painted, giving it a pleasant look. The pool, although not large, is quite nice. The rooms are large, the beds aren't very comfortable, but they're adequate. The bathroom is clean, but it needs a refresh; the fact that there's no shower partition makes it uncomfortable, as the bathroom gets completely wet. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is a beach, Joy Beach. Friendly staff, but not very talkative.

The most terrible 5 stars hotels ever visited. The breakfast was disgusting, the rooms were smelling very bad, the AC had no regulaition, the seaside was dirty with almost no activities, the prices for extras was incomprehensible - you even have to pay for kids activities. Never coming back!

We arrived after travelling from koh tao for 6 hours, reception area run down and dirty, arrived to our room & the smell of urine instantly hit us,no tea or coffee available as advertised there was mould on the ceilings and the "natural" view advertised was actually a dumping ground out back, asked to change rooms was told they were full and to go somewhere else if we didn't want to stay, easier said than done new year with a child in tow, pool is tiny and the hotel allow people to let there dogs swim in it so that's a no go, changed rooms the next day to another run down but less smelly room, the place is in the middle of nowhere, no restaurants or shops anywhere and the hotel just informed me there's no laundry service as advertised either & when I asked where a launderette was the answer was "don't know" can't actually wait to leave

Very nice new hotel. Even if it is not near the beach, they offer tuktuk rides for free 4 times a day to ao nang beach. Staff is nice and can speak english a little, but it is enough for all the basic things. There is very nice secret beach very nearby.

Hidden gem just off the main road. 24hr pool which the kids loved. We were after a quieter spot rather than the hustle and bustle of au nang. Beautiful beach just across the road with lovely little eating places along it. Staff were great at organising and sorting things. The kids loved the kittens they had.

The service in tha resort is absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time. It is also not in the main part where all the restuarants and bar are. Do not waste your time staying far for terrible service
