A good hotel for one or a couple of nights ☺️

Very cosy hotel situated above a cookie bakery. We loved the ambiance and the hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel. We only slept one night and check out very early. Very friendly staff and great cookies! One small thing to note is that the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. For a one-night stay this was absolutely fine. We chose the hotel because of its convenient location close to the airport, with plenty of (massage) shops and restaurants in the surrounding area.

Run by a very nice hardworking Thai family with excellent English.
Everything was new and very clean, with good size beds in the hostel part where we stayed with good shower and air conditioning.
They did my washing for me and booked our bus to Kuala Lumpur and paid for it upfront!
Quite place and fantastic value, in the town with shops, motorbike hire and good food right next door, where we ate all the time. I highly recommend Btrio, Thanks from Summer and Martin.

The owner is super nice, he helped me to buy me bus tiket to Hatyai. The room is clean and the bunk bed has private curtain so it's more private. The location is superb! Next to night market. So you can buy food easily

Great place. We paid 500 baht for a private room with air con and there was a hand painted accent wall behind the bed.

The staff was super nice, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. It was also very quiet. Having paid what we did, we were very happy with the quality of our stay. The only thing missing was a window in our room, but we hadn't expected to have it anyway. Oh, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly.

I loved everything, starting with the friendly and attentive staff, who created a cozy and caring atmosphere. The rooms are stylish, clean, and very comfortable, with a thoughtful design that makes the stay as pleasant as possible. It's rare to find a family room with three beds. The adult bed was as large and soft as possible. The child has a full-size bed. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions (White Temple, Tiger Temple) and Krabi beaches, saving time on travel.
It was incredibly pleasant to receive a complimentary juice, milk, a bun, and a banana from the hotel.
Downstairs is an amazing cafe with the same cuisine and service; no one will leave hungry! Overall, 5/5. Excellent value for money. I recommend the Family Tree Hotel for those who value comfort, atmosphere, and high-quality service at one of Thailand's best resorts.

We noticed the bed had only 1 pillow each, and cushions. We lie 2 pillows, we asked and were told “No, but to use the cushions”. This did not feel hygienic, are the covers being washed? Room was quirky. No hot water at the basin, cold only. Shower electric so hot water there. Well located. Walkable to restaurants etc. poor soundproofing from other rooms. But the flat refusal for 2 more pillows left a slightly bitter taste in honesty.

Nice hotel in centre of Krabi. We just stayed for one night before our boat to Phi Phi, found it conveniently located and a nice large room. There were a couple of bars and restaurants nearby, and only 10 minutes to the port - great coffee in the cafe downstairs too.
