Really good location walkable to everything. Receptionists the first day were not friendly at all. Served its purpose for a night to stay. Walls are super thin, can hear everything everyday. Stayed here 3 nights because it was the only option

Just a terrible stay. The air conditioning didnt work. The whole bilding ready for a refurb. The drunken backpackers next door to me kept me up all night. I Do not reccomend.

I do not recommend this hotel at all, the room is disgusting, the walls are scratched, dirt and ants in the room, the ladies at the reception are not nice, only the man in the back tried to soften something. To the complaint that there are ants in the room, in response I heard that they can buy a spray and pee, it's just a pity that it would harm the ants as well as us during sleep, I totally do not recommend it!

It's very close to the beach, a 5-minute walk. The room is okay, a bit old but clean. For this price, it's the cheapest near the beach. There are many places to eat, drink and have fun downstairs, and a 7-Eleven is just across the street.

I stayed here for 3 nights in a room with fan. As the window of the room was only to a floor it was really warm in the night. The accommodation is in a side street. Nevertheless you can hear the noise from the main street and its5not really quiet during the night.

A hotel worthy of World War II. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

2. The TV doesn’t work
3. The receptionist has just enough intelligence not to soil herself
4. Lizards inside the room
5. The bed has no frame, it’s just a mattress on top of another mattress
6. They don’t clean the sheets and there’s no soap in the shower
7. They take no responsibility if something gets stolen from your room
8. The curtains don’t block anything and by 6 a.m. the whole room is full of light
I wouldn’t go back even if it were free. I’d rather sleep in the jungle with the monkeys from the Monkey Trail.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at J Mansion, the rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and secure. The wifi is good and the owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Bottled water every day and free coffee in the mornings. I always enjoy my long stays here Dec to March. As hard as the pandemic has been on them and Ao Nang in general they are still investing in the future and replaced all the mattress and pillows during my stay. I will keep coming back to J Mansion.
