The Leaf Oceanside in Khao Lak

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we absolutely love it. The location is excellent, close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes in town. There are also plenty of 7-Elevens nearby, which is very convenient. The service is exceptional; they promptly helped us change rooms when we weren't happy with the first one. It has two swimming pools, and the breakfast selection is quite diverse. We're very satisfied with everything.

It's really hard to find a room in Khao Yai during high season, as most places are expensive, but this hotel was reasonably priced and included breakfast. I was super impressed with the breakfast because my partner and I are picky eaters, but they had everything from Thai to European dishes. The hotel is located in Khao Lak, not far from the beach. It's just a 5-minute walk to a private beach, which I loved because it was convenient for getting around and close to restaurants with a good atmosphere. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious. Overall, I really liked it and will definitely be back!

Good Hotel in the good location, I arrive around midnight and still feel warmly welcome. However, the toothbrush and toothpaste was not provided in my room. I’m not sure whether the hotel not provided in general or they just forget to place in my room.  breakfast is good comparing to the price I paid. 

Absolutely excellent experience hotel & gardens are very well kept. Rooms have all you need & beds are comfy as a bonus. Every member of staff could not do more for you they are without a doubt the most friendly & helpful hotel staff I've come across. Food is excellent. Great location nice & quiet but close enough to all you need for entertainment or whatever you want.

We book early morning and visit this place in the evening , very warm welcome from RECEPTION but I am so sorry for remembering her name . Have only 1 reception for this time . This hotel is very comfortable and peaceful for relax, not traffic from everything we liked it. Next morning we have breakfast, the breakfast is very fantastic and has staff only 3 people good service , smile and good take care. ABF has a lot of choice it perfect . I think I will come back again. THANK YOU FOR GOOD SERVICE

Little boutique resort, reasonable room rate, surrounded with nature,beach and town area

The hotel very clean very friendly staff,food selection good and presented very well with lots of flavours. Location good 2 min walk to beach 10-20-30 minutes to main road and markets .

I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints.

It really is super value for money considering what you get.

It has a great position really close to the beach and its quite small compared to other resorts which makes it a bit quieter.

Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean however are a bit tired but you really have to way this up with what you are paying. We chose a palm villa which is set back nicely from the pool and you have no one above you.

It's good to see they have improved breakfast and now have a coffee machine and a tea urn with good quality tea. Breakfast is more basic than other larger resorts but plenty of food and omelettes as always are fantastic.

I was also impressed with the food served in the restaurant. This resort has definitely had an overhaul in this department since the last time a visited.

And yet again a beautiful team running the place we were well and truly looked after.

If you're on a budget and want somewhere right in Khao Lak town to stay this is the place. You really cannot go wrong.

It was a truly pleasant stay.
The room was clean and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The resort itself was quiet, making it perfect for a restful getaway. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I visit Khao Lak in the future.
