Reception informed that the hotel is fully booked, and made no effort to rectify the problem. Not helpful at all. Pushed the problem to Agoda and lied that Agoda was the one that cancelled our booking. Not recommended .
I am writing to formally report an incident involving Hotel Al Ameen Krabi, for which I had made a reservation to check in on 2 May 2025 and check out on 4 May 2025.
Upon my experience and assessment, I strongly believe that this hotel has committed fraud and mistreatment towards me as a customer. The conduct and circumstances surrounding my booking suggest that I may have been scammed. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for my booking made through the Agoda platform.

I urge Agoda to investigate this matter seriously and take action against this hotel to prevent further incidents. Customer trust is crucial, and any involvement, even indirectly, with unethical or fraudulent operators can damage Agoda’s reputation.
The customer is always right, and I hope Agoda will not allow itself to be associated with scammers. If such hotels continue to operate unchecked, it risks branding Agoda as a platform complicit with fraud.
