1. Fan was not working, even after complaining on 1st day, hotel didn’t solve the issue.
2. Hairdryer was broken and faulty, when started it sparked and fuse went off and entire rooms electricity went off, ans it damaged our iPhone charger adapter, when we complained and requested for the reimbursement hotel manager shouted and declined any help
3. AC was not cool enough and their bathrooms were old enough leaving water leaking.

Book on trip app when I check in hotel the recession ask for a credit card details for a guarantee for the stay. But in trip app never said must you a credit card for guarantee Trip app status can put a 1000 baht or a credit card either one But the hotel in Assist you must put a credit card If you don’t put they not allowed you to check in I try to explain to them it never mature about the rule and recreation But they are not listen to what you say. and ac foreign guy look like the manager of the hotel  we say something very rude he say the hotel can change his policy. Any time is one. If you don’t put the card you can stay other hotel there’s a lot hotel I. Krabi. This guy very rude and sucks. Have a very bad attitude and there’s a lady it the supervisor is also very rude and have a attitude problem. They should be sent back for a customer service course it’s really unacceptable, But finally, I show them the apps and they see it, and they the trip apps never update them, but he never apologise to me. Yes, they let me check in without a credit card guarantee, but after I check in I put my credit card details for them The hotel there a lot of staircase not suitable for those elder people or those people with small kids because you have to walk a long way to the hotel lobby and there is a lot of staircase. It’s very inconvenient for the elderly person to stay at this hotel, I will never go back to this hotel. In the hotel website yes it say that you need to put a credit card details for a guarantee, but they never update to the website we book from which we don’t know and you asked for Us the credit card details which never stages on the trip apps how can I believe the staff of the hotel that’s why I don’t want to put my details of my card in the hotel, if this kind of foreigner can become a hotel manager, then everybody can become the manager, we such kind of service really suck out really have a bad experience, 

The hotel toilet lobby are very dirty where my wife went in. I think the Hotel lobby should have the kind of Standard cleaning, because if the hotel lobby is so dirty, what you expect more about the cleaners of the room. . There A lot of staircase not recommended for elder people or with small kid. Our room is far away from the hotel lobby and is very quiet. The hotel need to do more lights for the staircase which is very dark during the night time, you can’t see the step in some places.
