Very clean rooms, but you will need a scooter!
Very poorly supported by Grab.
Close to swimming beaches (if you have a bike);
No noise from the big road (actually there is no so much traffic, but the rooms are remotely located as well);
Owners help with taxy;
Good Wi-Fi, possible to watch movies;
There is common area for cooking, it is really nice;
There is Super Cheap store (about 15 min walk or 3 mins by bicycle) with already cooked frozen food;
Nice sheets for sleeping

There is a bad smell from sink for washing hands, face in the toilet room. But our workaround was not to use it at all, so then no smell
