We had such a fantastic stay at Hasna Palace! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip.
The room itself was spacious, super clean, and had a lovely little balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a hot day exploring!
One of the highlights was the amazing on-site restaurant and the proximity to other local halal food spots, which was a huge plus for us. The location is great, tucked away enough to be peaceful but still an easy walk or quick tuk-tuk ride to the main Ao Nang beach and all the shops and restaurants.
Seriously, for the price, you can't beat the value and genuine hospitality here. Highly, highly recommend Hasna Palace to anyone visiting Krabi! We'll definitely be back!

We arrived at the hotel but were told there was an issue with their system, so they checked us into a bungalow with a wonderful location and a quiet atmosphere instead. The reception staff were very responsive and understanding. A transfer was arranged to take us to another hotel, and everything went smoothly.

Great for budget travellers
A little set back from main strip...about 20 min walk to start of chaos 😂 I didn't mind the distance but not ideal for mobility problems, always tuk tuks and taxis to hand though
Hotel bedrooms big but basic...TV did not work but I had netflix on phone
Problems with ants in my room,corner area only and not near bed or furniture but they kept themselves to themselves....dont forget its their home and we are invading their space.....I left them alone and they didn't bother me
Overall it's a nice place for a budget traveller....you get what you pay for 😁

It’s about 15/20 minutes walking to the beach, but the area is full of restaurantes and shopping spots. The place is very clean.

The only clean item in the room was the bedsheets. There was a beetle in the room, the furniture was old, and the room had an unpleasant smell.
Location is almost a 30-minute walk from the beach. Since I was very sick during my stay, I didn’t have the energy to move hotels, but the conditions were not comfortable. Guests were slamming doors late at night and shouting in the corridor, making it hard to sleep. Early check-in wasn’t possible. The only positive was the kettle in the room.
Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel with swimming pool and nearby restaurants. We stayed for a long 11 days. Despite the rooms needing renovations or re-decorating, the friendliness of staff from reception topped it.
Tour bookings and motorbike can be hired here too but I can't recommend the motorbike rent, as I had a little misunderstanding with the price after re-renting (ruined the day for me).
Other than that, its only 3 minutes drive to Ao Nang beach ok the bike or 30 min walk. It's also near some small cafe by the beach a very nice quiet place for relaxing.

Hotel has good location near local restaurants. The swimming pool outside was ok. For our stay we were very disappointed. The room was very old and dirty. Especially the bathroom was not cleaned properly. After first night we complain and ask for new room. The room they showed us was worse than the first room so we keep the first room for our stay and ask for better cleaning of the room. Even after that the cleaning was insufficient and one day even after 3pm they had not clean the room yet. For us everywhere basics are ok, but this was outrageous. If the rooms are old and dirty, then renovate it before accomodating guests. Price was cheap but with this conditions we recommend to pay more and get a cleaner place.
