l recommend to stay here the location is great , close to restaurants and only 10 mins walk to the beach

It's a walk-up building. We were given the wrong room at first, and the second-floor room had a strong smell. Luckily, we were switched to a much better room on the fourth floor. It has a balcony, which was great for hanging clothes. However, they only cleaned the room during our three-night stay and didn't change the bed linen. You'll need to bring your own slippers. After a day of exploring, the bathtub was a nice bonus. It's on a street with some traffic. Overall, it's decent and about a 10-15 minute walk to Ao Nang.

Had a good stay overall. The cleanliness was just nice and comfortable enough for a short trip. The room was spacious for 4 people, though not overly big, but still manageable without feeling too cramped.

Parking is available at a public space, which was okay for us. The highlight was definitely the great view — really added to the experience. Do note there’s no lift, so you might need to use the stairs, but it wasn’t a big issue for us.

Location-wise, it’s very strategic, with easy access to rental bike shops and halal restaurants nearby, which made everything more convenient. Plus, the price is affordable, making it a solid choice for budget travelers.

Good stay but they didn’t allowed us to do early check-in (2hrs before ) even though the room is available. We have to walk a lot to reach railay beach boat station/night market/ao nang/land night market/food etc. remaining all are good

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean. Housekeeping is available daily until 2 PM upon request, and they do a good job, replenishing water and toilet paper every day. All amenities are nearby, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel staff are friendly; there's no elevator, but they helped us with our luggage. The bed linen was spotless. Breakfast is offered at the hotel, but we didn't take it, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Nice quaint hotel on the ***** and close to the beach. You are in the middle of everything and the room was nice with a balcony overlooking it all. Very spacious room with a safe for your belongings. No pool and not sure if they provide breakfast. There is a place downstairs in front of the rod the hotel that has food available. Would definitely stay here again.
