Liked the location and the room, was happy with our stay until we were out of toiletpaper and they just said “go to 7/11”. That’s insane, very poor service and unprofessional.
The room was not the most clean and the bedding had millions of small blood stains and other small stains.

I stayed at Green House Hotel in downtown Krabi and overall, it was a good experience.
✔️ The location is excellent — close to everything: restaurants, supermarkets, and markets.
✔️ The staff are very friendly and polite.
✔️ The rooms are clean and fair for the price — it’s a good budget option.
✔️ The hotel offers motorbike rental, which is a great way to explore the city.

❌ Downsides:
• There’s an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains in the rooms.
• The elevator had a strong odor.
• The windows are not soundproof, so traffic noise might disturb light sleepers.

💡 Conclusion:
A decent budget hotel for travelers who want to stay in downtown Krabi, spend the whole day exploring, and just need a clean, safe place to sleep.

Aircon not cold have to get reception to help adjust the controller to ensure the aircon is running continuously and non stop in order to achieve coldness in the room.

Nice hotel friendly staff good location

We only stayed one night at this hotel. It's an old hotel that doesn't focus on details. There was a bottle left in the fridge from previous guests. The bed linens were stained, as were the towels. They should pay much more attention to these cleanliness details. The bathroom ceiling was also stained. The receptionist was friendly, and the location is very good.
Fortunately we only stayed one night, as it doesn't deserve more nights.

Very comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly staff. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the night market, so you'll need a short drive to get there. Overall, a great place for a peaceful stay!

The receptionist during the day was not very helpful,had issues with my air conditioning and the hot water didnt really work , it's not 1 the best stays In Krabi, the only thing that I did like was the location but supposed for the price if you're staying 1 night then it won't be so bad I wouldn't stay any longer
