A damp, smelly room. Mattresses stored in the hallway, and the one in the room was just as questionable. Itching after only two nights. A shower that barely reached shoulder height and was cold. Stagnant water in the shower. Electrical outlets that sparked.

Cheap, basic hotel right in the center of the city.

There are two Jok (rice porridge) shops nearby that are popular with locals, so we enjoyed breakfast there. There is also a coin laundry nearby, so the hotel is in a good location.

The property is a bit dated and the room shows signs of time and poor maintenance as can be seen in the photos. The television does not work, the wardrobe has no hangers and the shower water is cold, but there is an old telephone in the room. The bed linen is clean and the rooms on the upper floors are accessible by elevator.

***The location is very good, but the cleanliness is not good at all. The furniture is very old, probably more than 50 years old, very old, the fan is very loud and scary. The bathroom is next to the hallway, making people walking by see that we use the bathroom from the light that is on. The bed is hard, the blanket is dirty, itchy when covered, there are red rashes in spots. The window is very dirty, can't close, the smell of bird droppings comes in. The bathroom floor is very dirty. Overall, only the location is good. There is an elevator, but the room is "not" good at all. I apologize for the honest review, but I want it to be improved. ****
