Not far central festival cnx and good hotel quality is good price is good ,staff is great

Everything was enjoyable.Affordable and clean.This hotel can be the one for those who just for sleep with lower expectations with much services and living experience, beside the location can be 8 out of 10 tbh. Parking spot also neat. Overall its solid 7 out of 10 for me

The hotel is miles and moles away from any shops or restaurants.
Wifi shocking.
Clean spacious room, great hot shower.
Bed very hard. Terrible cushions

Fridge in room.
Free coffee and tea that I wasn't shown..
Receptionist who greeted me did not show me to my room but just gave me the key and indicated which way to go with her hand.

The room on lv 1 is quite old and unsafe. Shower glass in the bathroom is almost falling apart

The room is spacious. I was here during Songkran. Lotus is nearby. The place is quiet. Have to use grab to go out Maya or Thapae gate.
Overall hotel is price to performance good

Great place to hide and stay a bit 12 min from central chiang mai . Is not luxurious but clean! They have this old style tv with film box channel where you can watch 24/7 some good old movies 😀Lovely people.. worth the price ! Not long stay .

Quiet, but staff steals off the property but maids and desk people don't and are good. They removed the televisions while I was staying there, and someone was sawing through the roof above me and this caused the air conditioner to break. These jerks have stolen cars, computers, and architectular plans belonging to my daughters and are being heavily fined and will return the value of all of it otherwise they are totally useless and hardly do any work.
