this hotel has warm kind respectful employees. they helped us connecting with a motor bike rental. they have a pleasant breakfast service in their own eating area. the rooms honestly were the best part, the bed was heavenly comfortable. theres a small minibar to keep stuff refrigerated and a tv with decent service. I noticed they would clean our room whenever ever we went out, I felt bad for leaving the place in a whole mess every time. basically I loved staying here, would love to go back again.

Great hotel a bit outside of the square. The staff is so nice and always good for recommendations on where to go. Pool is lovely aswell. The only downside was that the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom was a bit sketchy. Would def recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

What a great little hotel, we have been staying at big posh ones in BK, without doubt, this has been a really good experience, so clean and well kept. About a 5 min walk into the town, but coffee shops and resteraunts, also two 7/11's mark the route. Dont hesitate, this is the one at its price point, 32 quid a night Booking.com.

The water pressure on the 4th floor is very low.

the bed is very thai hard... I woke up with hip pain most days and I don't normally have this issue. you also have to put the sign on the door if you want it cleaned but often the sign blows off so be careful. the room is clean and well lit

Exceptional stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff (who I believe are family members running the hotel) were warm and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near affordable restaurants, a convenience store, and a laundry shop. Aside from free coffee and water, there were also complimentary snacks and juice — truly great value for money. It felt like a home away from home.
