The room price is cheap, easy to travel, not too far from the city, but I don't like the security guards.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Yi Peng Festival pick-up point. And indeed, thanks to that, they were kind enough to move my check-in forward so I could be ready on time and not have to worry about checking in when I returned late at night. I'm leaving very grateful after staying there, as they were incredibly kind to me from beginning to end. My recommendation is that if you're traveling with a heavy suitcase, make sure you book a room on an even-numbered floor so you don't have to climb a few stairs to get to the next floor.

The emphasis is on staying, not staying in the room all day. It's considered good value for the price, convenient to travel, there's a 7/11 in front of the building, not difficult. Suitable for people who stop by to do business, not focusing on staying in the room all day. Recommended.

I really like this small hotel its very quiet here and you have everything for a life . 2 bottles of water , shampoo,soap every day clean towels and friendly people . I already miss this hotel it was really quiet in there and now i moved to another part of the city and it feels like a road is tooo close and its too loud in here . Also you can firnd 7/11 and a lot of places where to eat and veryyy delicious coffee place the name of the place On the way , really just for 35 bt you can have a nice coffeeee

Every time I go to Chiang Mai for a brief trip, I stay in this hotel. The stuff is always nice and friendly. Furniture is a bit old but for its price the hotel is great! The location is good. You can find seven/11,a pharmacy and some street food places near. There is a laundry service and a big supermarket just 10-12 minutes away (on foot).

It's far from the city center so it's inconvenient for sightseeing, but you can relax in a local atmosphere.

The location is not good, it is an hour walk from the center of Chiang Mai. There are a few stray dogs in the neighborhood. There is a coin laundry next to the building, and you can use it for 50bht each for wash/dry.
There are only a few food stalls and restaurants nearby.
The price per night is cheap, but you will need to use a taxi to get around.

I stayed for one night because i missed a bus and had zo stay an additional night in Chiang Mai. Overall my impression of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. Directly across the street you ind a 7-11 and a ton of food vendors. Very neat.
There is only one thing that was kinda awkward. I was in chiang mai because i had a accident and had to go to the hopsital. When the accident happened my phone brke so i couldnt call a taxt so asked at the reception if they could call me an indrive. And they refused that. I tried to explain my situation but hey didnt want to call an taxi for me. Never ever have i experienced that in a hotel before.
