Red Brick Guesthouse in Chiang Mai City

Horrible customer service and very noisy place!!
Booked a double bed room a week in advance just to arrive at the place and have the lady tell me that she gave our room to someone else and they have seperate beds for us. She couldve texted me before arriving to her guest house and i could see if it fits me or not.
Also the place is super noisy, there was noise all night, people were screaming and there was no one on the guest house workers to make them quiet, when i woke up to my flight at 5:30 there were still people screaming in the pool!
They had a party all night going out loud even after few people told them to be quiet.
Rooms are very basic and old, lighting in the rooms is awful.

Other then that one of the worst placets to stay at no noise rule between 12.00-6am does not seem to apply.
We booked 3 nights and havent slept one of these,people yelling at night playing pool, loud music played by the bar staff,people slamming doors, staff laughing and yelling after there shifts.
No respect for their customers if you don’t consume enough they close the bar at will,and if you do you can make all the noise you want and they don’t care about other customers.
Cleaners loudly cleaning ik front of the rooms at 7am great place to sleep it they keep partying outside till 3am and keep you up.
Staff does not care to calm them down.

Ok value for money, food is ok, no hygiene stuff but good with towels and clean rooms. All instructions and information in rooms and most in the rest of the guesthouse is in hebrew. Not english too as you would imagine but only hebrew... very noisy israelis that are loud outside through out all the hours of the night with no reprimands or complaints from staff
