The lady manager and staff (Pai and another girl) are very friendly and helpful in providing local trip information.
The hotel is beautiful and the room is nice with a good buffet breakfast.

Service is just so so. Hotel is luxurious but Not a present sleep here. Housekeeping cleaning in the morning noise is so disturbing.
The air conditioner did not cool and was very noisy. When I realized it was useless and switched to quiet mode, it turned out that its sound drowned out the roar of trucks driving along the road next to the hotel all night.
They are building a pool under the window. At 8 a.m., they started using power tools that rattled, howled, and screeched.
The shower cabin needs to be updated. The door does not close tightly, water spills all over the floor.
