Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort in Khao Lak

Our stay at this hotel left an amazing impression on us. We booked a Deluxe Room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a huge, cozy bed and perfectly functioning air conditioning. Everything felt fresh and well maintained.
Housekeeping did an outstanding job — the room was always cleaned spotlessly, every single day. The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and wished us a lovely day, which created such a warm atmosphere.
The hotel grounds were beautifully kept, with lots of greenery, well-maintained paths, and a very relaxing, tropical vibe. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the beach was clean and pleasant — perfect for morning walks and relaxation.
We truly loved our stay here and would happily return. A fantastic hotel experience! 🌴💛🏨

We extended our stay the minute we saw the beach. The resort is old and has its old charm but the service is great and people are friendly and beach is just incredible and lots of restaurants options around the resort. You also have taxi service at the entrance so easy to move around. I highly recommend this place if u want to switch off and relax, very serene atmosphere.

We stayed for 6 nights in November. Upon arrival we had a very positive impression with friendly staff and a smooth checking procedure in the impressive lobby. One we got to our room (villa with private pool) we got the impression that parts of the complex including the private villas were quite old and worn off. This included a typical smell in the room as if something was rotting. We contacted the reception and received help immediately. We were finally offered an upgrade to a much more modern room which we very much preferred over the villa.
We enjoyed some activities at the recreation center where we served by Nat, Nook, Zin and Pla who did a fantastic job.
We also had dinner at the main restaurant and the beach found the food very decent. Live music and fire show at the beach were stunning.
Overall we enjoyed our time and very much appreciated the friendliness of everyone.

Perfect hotel resort — a very beautiful area. It’s a bit far from Khao Lak, but if you want to chill in peace, this is the place. There’s a free daily shuttle to town, bikes to rent for 100 baht per hour (even for small children), tennis courts, archery, a gym, bowling, and a snooker.

When we arrived, the first thing we hoped for (after our Bali experience) was a welcome drink with a cold aromatic towel — in Bali it was warm. Then we were lucky to have Snow as our receptionist, a very polite and humble Thai girl. She upgraded our stay to a swim-up suite, which became the highlight of our vacation. Thank you for that, Snow!

The resort offers beautiful nature, very polite staff, and very nice restaurants. We only had breakfast included, but we went for dinner a couple of times and it was absolutely worth it.

In the main restaurant during breakfast, they serve real coffee from a La Marzocco espresso machine, and as a coffee weirdo, this was definitely one of the best things ever.

Everything else you can see in the pictures. The beach was spectacular — the tides were gentle, and the water changes were barely noticeable, which made it feel special.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of sun. It was the end of the monsoon season around mid-November, so the weather was warm but cloudy. We had imagined dramatic sunsets and some nice sungazing.

Our stay at Graceland Khao Lak Resort was absolutely wonderful. The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything is designed to create a truly relaxing atmosphere.

What made our stay truly exceptional, however, was the outstanding staff. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, polite, and eager to help, which made us feel completely welcome and cared for throughout our visit.

A very special mention goes to Mary, who went above and beyond during an unexpected emergency. She showed remarkable professionalism and compassion, helping me arrange an urgent dental appointment and organizing transport swiftly and efficiently. Her kindness and dedication truly set her apart — she is a credit to the resort.

We had breakfast included and it was truly spectacular! The variety and quality of food were outstanding, with options to suit every taste. From fresh tropical fruit and pastries to international and local Thai dishes, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was the perfect start to each day.

We are deeply grateful for such a memorable experience and can’t recommend Graceland Khao Lak Resort highly enough. We look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort during the rainy season, and I have to say — it was a great experience!

Many people think that the rainy season in Thailand is not the best time to visit, but here it was absolutely fine. There were not so many rainy days, and even when it rained, it often passed quickly, leaving the air fresh and the nature even greener.

One of the big advantages of this time of year is the peace and space — fewer tourists, a calmer atmosphere, and more opportunities to enjoy the beach almost to yourself. And of course, the prices during the low season are much more attractive, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

So if you’ve ever doubted visiting Thailand during the rainy season, I can honestly recommend it — especially here at Graceland Khaolak Beach Resort. You might just discover it’s the perfect time for you!

The location is closed to the beach. And the property is truly family friendly. Breakfast was great with wide variety of choice. Room was clean and large. This is the best hotel in Bangsak beach.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right, and the amenities were absolutely fantastic, we had everything we needed and more. A special thanks to K. Snow at the front desk for going above and beyond during our check-in. Even though our booking wasn’t yet in the system, she made sure everything was arranged quickly and smoothly, allowing us to check in early without any hassle. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. We also want to give a big shout out to K. Nat from the recreation team. She made sure we had a great time during the activities, always cheering us on during bowling and checking in on us while we played badminton to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Every time we passed by someone, they greeted us with a smile, which made us feel truly valued and at home. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel on my next holiday. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!
