Beautiful property.
When I made the booking with this hotel, I opted for free cancellation. And when I found out, I noticed the cancellation should be made one month before the check in date?! This is the first time I had this cancellation policy. Usually it should be ok to stay for the first night and be able to cancel the following nights if opted for free cancellation. Unfortunately this hotel is not allowed.
Breakfast was bad, food was cold even with heating below.
Location was not great as it's not on main street.
Hotel floor is wet and bedsheets with damp smell. Toilet with stains.Night time you will hear insects sounds from the cliffstone nearby.
Overall I do not recommend to stay at this hotel as you can find better standard with the same price range.
Staff were great overall. Breakfast is great.
The rooms are noisy and pool area also. If you want a quiet relaxing swim this is not the place.
The hotel could do with a bit of a refresh as corners are worn out a bit and there aren’t enough sun loungers when the pool is busy. Also happy hour turns into drunken chaos, however this is probably the case in most swim up bars.
Breakfast was very average so only went once.
I’d recommend overall for sure, however try to find a deal if you can!
