The security guard at the parking lot entrance even saluted my child every time he saw him. After check-in, the front desk staff even took the time to show us the pool area and informed us about the opening hours

The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the air conditioning was promptly fixed when it broke down in the middle of the night. The room we were given faced the beach directly, and the breakfast was superb

There was Thai rice vermicelli among the hot food, which was good enough. The hotel is massive, with at least five or six pools. I only used the one in front of my room, which was great and very convenient

Before my trip, I did some research and indeed saw some negative reviews online

However, several friends and family members who stayed here a few years ago all had positive things to say, so I ultimately chose this hotel. My actual experience was better and more consistent than expected

Stayed for three nights and was generally quite satisfied. I never opened the balcony door, so the room didn't have the humidity issues many reviews mentioned

Both the pool and garden views were lovely. It's within walking distance to the beach, making it very convenient for getting around

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff, facilities, and service were all excellent. The food, pool, and kids' play areas all deserve 5 stars. Now for a few negatives: Our check-in was quite unpleasant

The hotel is very big itself, has amazing spa and gym, several pools

We had changed the guest name mid-booking and notified the hotel via Ctrip, but there was a communication breakdown between the hotel and Ctrip, leading to us not being able to check in

The breakfast was quite bad limited range of food omelette of the day was delicious but other than that it’s not that good. For example i can’t find salmon or other protein to eat

The other with dumbells, kettlebells, and strength training machines. Pool is decent and lots of beach chairs provided. Downside is noise might be noticeable if you are light sleeper

Strategic location for sure, easy access to everywhere. Walking distance to beach, shopping malls, plenty shops nearby

Even if we had to go further places, motorbike rental shops are just outside of the hotel, allowing easy rental and return. Well equipped gym room, one for cardio exercises with treadmill, rowing machine etc

Perhaps tall people will find it too small

We got a lovely room with incredible views of the city and ocean. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool with the bar.

Facing west, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening as we headed out for dinner. One of the hotel's pools also faces the beach, making for a wonderfully comfortable and relaxing swim

This hotel exceeded my expectations! It's located at the quieter end of Patong Beach, offering a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance of a 7-Eleven

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort and honestly, it exceeded my expectations

However, upon check-in, the receptionist really went the extra mile to accommodate my request and managed to get me the room I wanted. I didn’t manage to catch her name, but truly appreciate the effort

I initially planned to book a one-bedroom suite, but it was sold out across all platforms since I booked quite last minute

The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed, pillows, bedding, and towels were all top quality. I’m quite picky when it comes to beds, so this says a lot

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Karon Beach, just a few minutes' walk away. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby

Good location near the beach and to good restorant, 7/24 near. Very good service with a smile, special the team of patty, natty and merilin.

It was a great experience! There are plenty of dining options nearby, the beach isn't far, and it's close to the Cliff Restaurant too

Very close to Karon Beach, and the facilities inside are all good.

I've stayed at Katabamgo before, and while it definitely offers better value for money, I still prefer Orchid because it's much closer to Karon Beach, and Karon Beach itself is more beautiful

Traveling as a family of five, we had to book two rooms. The hotel rooms were even worse than a budget hotel like Home Inn in China, but we tolerated it for the proximity to Karon Beach

The only minor issue was that the shower drain was a bit slow. I can understand why though; being so close to the beach, I brought back quite a bit of sand after swimming, so it makes sense why it might get clogged

The pool area is fantastic, warm water, plenty of sunbeds no matter the time, fresh towels for pool in room daily. Lifeguards were very vigilant. We paid extra for a pool facing "swim up" type room

The soundproofing is excellent; even though there's a kids' pool and water slide right outside, there's no noise, it's very quiet. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich

This family room was one of the few we could find at this price point. The water slide was great, but you need to wear beach socks to protect your feet

Pros: Great for family trips, kids absolutely loved the various water activities. The location is quite convenient, close to the beach, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby

Very friendly staff, kind and welcoming. The room wasn't the cleanest, dust and sand in the corners, shower sealent needed replacing urgently

We’ve chosen garden view, which was actually partial sea view and not so noisy as swimming pool view. Food was nice, but mostly Asian style

Pros: Has a private beach, and the sea is clean and beautiful, allowing you to avoid the crowds. I arrived at 3 PM to check in, but wasn't informed that my room was ready until around 3:40 PM

Over two thousand during peak season. The room facilities are only worth about 150 yuan. It can't compare to domestic Atour or Hanting hotels

There is a beach and the resort organizes activities such as archery and ball games there. Staff is professional and friendly. Totally no problem conversing in English

The hotel is located right at the edge of Patong Beach. It is a quiet property featuring a large garden with lovely walking paths

No fresh fruits in the smoothies and cocktails were like just drinking water with a splash of taste. The room we stayed was ok,not a new one but everyday maids came to clean. Breakfast was good for a 4star hotel

The pizza at the Italian restaurant was delicious, and the beachfront restaurant had the best ambiance and service. The pool's happy hour from 4-6 PM is definitely worth checking out for a drink

Overall, the hotel experience was good. The pools in buildings 1, 2, and 3 are interconnected. The kids' pool is located between buildings 1 and 2, while the adult pool with a swim-up bar is between buildings 2 and 3

This hotel is perfect for a vacation! The private beach is excellent for snorkeling; I saw even more fish species there than on the island hopping tour

Great place to stay. About a 20 minute walk to Bangla Road. They give you beach towels daily. There is a food market right next door which is delicious and cheap. Really enjoyed my stay here.

The stay here was very pleasant. Really good amenities with a pool and a gym and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was really good. The location is very close to food streets and markets

Nice location,located next to plaza for food and clothing and motorbike rentals are close as are money exchange and 5 mins away from beach front

The chalet is located at the top of the property, so you need to rely on the reception to arrange transportation to the main area, where the reception and beach access are located

**Accommodation & Location** We booked a pool access sea view room, which was impressively spacious

I added money to have a room with access to the pool, because I think they do too much cleaning to these rooms. Pool lack of tiles 5 stars just in Phuket, not elsewhere

However, without your own transport, it can be a bit uncomfortable having to depend on the hotel’s shuttle whenever you want to go down to the beach or leave the hotel

Its perfect because the beach is right down the road and there are alot of diffrent markets / stores near the resort

My mom was very happy with our trip. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, and while there's a shuttle, it doesn't run very often. The hotel staff, however, were excellent – patient, professional, warm, and attentive

It's about a 15-minute walk to 7-Eleven. There aren't many dining options nearby, so it's not as convenient as other beaches. However, the hotel's price wasn't excessively high. There weren't many Chinese guests

The hygiene was excellent, and the room smelled lovely. This hotel is located in the southern part of Phuket, near Nai Harn Beach, which is a bit out of the way, but the upside is that it's not noisy

Good Stay, But Be Cautious We stayed at Fisherman’s Harbour and overall had a good experience in terms of the room comfort and food quality — both were quite satisfying

Fishermen's Harbor Resort is located in Patong,Phuket. First time I arrived, I thought that it's a condominium. The hotel has 4 or 5 buildings which are circle around 2 swimming pools

The property is well-maintained and the ambiance was relaxing, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, we had a disappointing issue during our stay

This hotel/resort is located near Kata Center (a 10-minute walk), very close to both Kata Beach and Karon Beach, but on a small hill that isolates it from the hustle and bustle of local traffic

Initially, the uphill walk back after the beach seemed like a drawback, but after a few days, we appreciated that it was cool in the evenings without needing air conditioning, and being a bit "surrounded by plants" made the setting pleasant

It's about a 15-minute walk to the street with cafes, but the uphill walk back to the hotel isn't comfortable. Taxis won't take you for 100 baht; you have to offer 200 baht for them to agree

Check-in was also an issue; they were slow. We arrived at 12 PM but only got into our room at 2:30 PM. And the room wasn't cheap; we paid 13,000 rubles per night. We stayed during peak season, January 2026

The breakfast in the morning had good food, even if it wasn't particularly international (for us Europeans, especially Italians, high-level food and wine is something else, but I must say that, staying within Southeast Asia, it was fine)

An older hotel with an excellent location, close to both Kata and Karon. However, the linens were subpar, and the water quality was terrible. I'd recommend bringing your own filter shower head.

Patong Beach is also roughly 10 minutes away. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The pool isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate

The location in Patong is decent, convenient for going to the beach. I stayed in Karon afterwards, and I think I'll stick to Karon or Kata in the future
