location is fine, no 711 nearby at all but we drove so its fine.,. walk 12-15mins to tamarind night market mostly food, cicada market is right opposite more expensive and more shopping for accessories and clothes, just go for tamarind. opposite tamarind is mini tops but there's literally nothing inside the shop alot no stcok up.
near the beachfront for ig shots, breakfast is awesome but. no lobby reception after 5pm so if u need anything ask early. pool access room was great but with that amount paid, a bathtub would be nice. overall i will be back.

This hotel is amazing despite its cheap price. It has two swimming pools, with one close to the wonderful beach. You can also walk to the beach from the hotel.
The food they provide for breakfast and lunch is superb, even offering a spectacular view of the ocean.
Definitely a must-have if you stay at Hua Hin!

Nice hotel on the beach, though a bit far from restaurants and shops. No dining options. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

Not recommended . Very disappointment. We have to check out earlier than we reserved and they refused to refound unused nights.so inconvenience , no service , everything here is limited. I don’t feel safe at night and if you need help from them. Forget about it , no way that you can contact them. The pictures on ads is much different in person. Run down place.

Peaceful & nice
We had a great time, the hotel is beachfront, beds are comfortable and breakfast was ok. The thing is, they had everything to be great, like: they did come to put the sun bed cushions if we ask, if you don't ask nobody is there to attend you. They did not tied up around and the restaurant by the pool close at 3pm. Feels kind of no much effort with the guests. They could improve easily at least in the great songkhran holiday

The hotel has privacy, next to the beach, has parking, good breakfast, not a buffet, ordered from the menu. The downside is that the hotel is quite old. The shower cannot be adjusted to cold water. The water will be warm all the time. The receptionist is only available during check-in and check-out.
