W Koh Samui in Ban Khlong Mae Nam

Love the food at Namu, Japanese restaurant. W Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good sunset spot.

Crowded with tourists, so service was a bit slow.

The hotel service was excellent; every staff member was smiling. For breakfast, you could drink coconut water freely, and the private beach had beautiful scenery.

Not bad, my family was very satisfied.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete.
Hygiene: Very clean.
Environment: The environment is beautiful.

Our family had a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and we'll definitely come back next time we have the chance.

We stayed for 3 weeks at The W Koh Samui. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and appreciated. We have stayed at many fine places around the world but can honestly say that the W Hotel staff are without doubt the best we have encountered, from gardeners, to guards to those in restaurants and bars to those servicing rooms daily to Reception staff. Always sincerely friendly and helpful.
We stayed in Room 171 right on the beach front with a pool, a great location with buggies on call if needed.
Buffet and à la carte Breakfasts at The Kitchen Table [ which becomes another nightly restaurant ] were beautiful and each morning we were presented with a different lovely salad from Chef Bee. Breakfast included glasses off sparkling wine thanks Michael. We had great and informative conversations with Michael, Chef Manu, Chef Rags and Andre the F&B Manager.
While at breakfast our room was always cleaned by Room Stylists Nee, Nana and Tipfy who would always leave a lovely personal message with a little gift.
We received flowers to the room from Michael as well as cookies for the trip home. On leaving, Chefs Manu, Rags and Bee also presented us with a memento book of photos of each special salad with recipes and lovely messages as well as a personally embroidered W bag with our names courtesy of Michael.
For our Wedding Anniversary we came back to the room full of rose petals and a prepared warm bath with rose petals.
The Woo Bar setting was lovely, overlooking the sea over the large pond, with a fire show each night, great bar staff Nutt, Zucus and Job.
Tiger and Q, ‘guards’ were also so friendly. The Beach Bar Sip, another lovely location. The Japanese restaurant was also great.
I could go on and on but by now you get the picture. This is what the hospitality industry should look like, everyone working together, loving what they do, which is what creates memories.
But thank you again for a wonderful stay to the amazing Michael, Bee, Rags and Manu the chefs, Tiger, Q, Andre, Emily, Bear, Noni, and Noi, Eva, Boom, Bud, Nim, Annie, Nee, Nana, and Tipfy, Nancy, Jane, Job, Zucus and Nutt, Tony, Leo and Mac. If I have missed anyone, my apologies
