We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🤩The breakfasts are very generous, with a wide variety of options, so everyone can find something they like. The rooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities from bathrobes and slippers to toiletries and hygiene items, including cotton swabs or shower cap.
The staff is outstanding! 🫠🤍Always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They regularly ask if everything is okay and if you need anything, which really shows their passion and heartfelt hospitality.
The location is excellent, very close to the night market, and the direct access to the sea is a huge advantage and makes the stay even more special. Highly recommended!☀️🤍

Service with Heart, Ideal for Families

What truly sets Samui Pavilion apart is its warm, sincere service — personal, intuitive, and noticeably more heartfelt than that of many international hotel chains. The team pays close attention to details, making families and children feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout the stay.
The spacious, well-appointed villas are ideal for families, offering both comfort and privacy in a calm, family-friendly setting. A thoughtful villa retreat where service and family comfort come together beautifully.

Highly recommended, with love from Singapore.🇸🇬

We stayed at the Pavilion for a week and loved it from the moment we arrived. The staff are very attentive and helpful, taking excellent care of their guests. The room and plunge pool are breathtaking. Really very large and the bed is extremely comfortable. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is located right on a wonderful beach and there are sun loungers provided by the hotel. Also it is right next to Lamai Night Market and a lot of posisbilities to eat and relax. There are two pools and a children's pool. We are more than satisfied and will definitely come back. We have already recommended it to our whole family and friends.

Great during shoulder period. Imagine it would get quite busy during peak periods. Decor is a little dated but still very nice. Beach front rooms are brilliant. Step out of the private pool onto the beach and into the ocean. Less crowded now and good to see hotel is doing maintenance to keep the place tidy and functional.

If you’re looking for the best value for your money, I highly recommend booking a hydro pool villa. We’d originally booked a plunge pool suite and upgraded to a hydro pool villa. The location of our HPV was just perfect, and for a little more money (or even the same amount, depending on when and where you book) you get a pool you can actually swim in, not just a tiny plunge pool. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was in better condition there as well. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no proper roof or cover providing enough protection from the sun/rain or a somewhat sheltered space to sit under comfortably during rainy periods like in the PPS, which made the outdoor experience a little less enjoyable compared to the first room (you can’t move the chairs underneath the small area covered by the roof of the villa as the steps leading to the room are located there). The staff were very attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to learn about our “habits“ (like knowing how we prefer our coffee in the morning or providing me with an ashtray every time I went down to the beach) which added a nice touch to our overall experience. The hotel itself, as well as the beach, looked clean and well taken care of. It’s ideally located in my opinion as well, with the Lamai Night Market, several bars and shops, nice restaurants and a Seven Eleven within walking distance. Thank you for having us!!!

We stayed for 10 days in a plunge pool room. Room needs a bit of updating, but very clean an comfortable.
Beach is amazing. So are pools. Food and drinks great. Went to Thai buffet and seafood bbq. Both were excellent value. (Besides++)
Service was excellent especially Ting and Thad. Everyone was friendly. Special mention to A, security guard at beach. So helpful.

Our stay at Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort began with a few hiccups.
The front desk wasn’t very welcoming at first, and we were given incorrect information by the Luxury Escapes sales team.
However, everything changed once Terry got involved. He addressed our concerns with genuine care and professionalism and even upgraded us to a beautiful Hydro Pool Villa.
As a thoughtful gesture for our anniversary, the team also decorated our room, which truly made the occasion feel special. The staff at breakfast and the bar were absolutely wonderful, warm, attentive, and always happy to help.
Thanks to Terry and the amazing team, we’re leaving with lovely memories and will definitely be back.
Highly recommended!

We had three nights at the Pavilion and it was awesome. I upgraded to the room with its own pool as I had read not so great reviews about the plunge pool rooms. This was the best thing I could have done. The bed was comfortable, it was great having our own proper swimming pool as we did look at the plunge pool and it was literally just that - knee deep water.
The staff at the hotel are lovely and the food and cocktails in happy hour were great.
Highly recommend this hotel at Lamai beach as the location in Lamai was perfect - right next door to the night markets but also the beach out the front is clean and nice sand.
Lamai was the perfect quiet location for us being a middle aged couple who didn't want or need the party scene of Chaweng

I’m giving 4 stars based on a few key factors. I booked a 3-night stay in a beachfront room with a private pool, expecting a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, there was a bar located just 50 feet away that blasted poor-quality music all day through a low-grade sound system. The constant bass booming made it difficult to enjoy the peace and quiet I was hoping for.

The room itself was nice, but we did experience an ant invasion on one of the days, which was disappointing but taken care of quickly. Breakfast also left much to be desired—cold pancakes and French toast were served outside under a fly net, which wasn’t very appetizing.

On the positive side, the location is great for walking to the nearby night market, which we enjoyed for dinner. Overall, this is more of a heads-up for those looking for a quiet place to unwind—it may not be the best fit
