I was there last month with my family, and I wanted to come back again, so in September I came back alone. I really enjoy it. I have a lot of animator friends here so it’s my best time here.

People incredible, good service. The activities proposed by the team Bravo each day are well organized and fun. The Yadis staff are always happy to assist you. Will be good for the future to renovate the rooms infrastructure are dated.

People were very nice and gentle for everyone. The animations were fun. I personally took place in a couple of them. Food was delicious every day. I was with my family and we all had so much fun together. They have their own beach, huge plus. Best guy we met was Mamido!

Good hotel, all entertainment shows are enjoyable but reception and restaurant staff are rude . Their treatment of guests is terrible. This is from my own experience.

We really had a great time, and most of that was from the amazing staff and helpers around the property.

Through out all in all it was a really nice vacation. I do hope that the resort will get a deep clean, restaurant and rooms well needed, in there winter closing. Staff in the kids club is very friendly. Restaurant staff not so... sadly. Location is super, beach is nice.

Great service, very friendly waiters, the bartenders are always smiling, and the entertainers are the best part of this trip — their ideas, individual approach to each guest, ability to liven up parties, and the way they organize time at the pool or on the beach is fantastic (especially Kimo).

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you my opinion of the wonderful stays I had. It was lovely, especially with the entertainment team. They were super active, smiling, with a magnificent program. We always had something to do with them, always there for us. The hotel was also magnificent, the food was very good. I will come back with my family, it was so great.

Nice hotel and good staff that work in the pool area. In the reception the staff was not that helpful. I also got food poisoning from the restaurant so I could not eat anything that trip and was not compressed anything or got any apologies.

Good option if you’re looking to save some $. The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay. The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.
