The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate

The level of personalized care we received truly made us feel like valued guests. 2-Also the swimming pool and slide facilities at the hotel: Our kids were overjoyed by the water slide

It's cheap to eat and drink out typically a meal with a dunk will range from £5-£15 depending on your tastes. If you want fine dining that's also available with a great selection of restaurants close by

always something nice to eat during the day, breakfasts very European but if you wait till 8 o'clock you can get fried eggs or an omelette made from the chef in restaurant

I've stayed at The Houria Palace Hotel many times and cannot recoil highly enough. It's fantastic value for money for solo travellers, cpls and families alike It's currently undergoing sympathetic upgrades to the rooms

The staff are amazing and there is always a good choice of food in the restaurant. The resort is Port El Kantouia and its vibrant with lots of things to do for everyone

Been going to this hotel for a few years now wouldn't go another but could do with more for all inclusive

I found the restaurant staff very helpful was giving same table everyday drinks on table by the time we had got our food. Bar staff great on a night hadn't finished first drink and more put on table

The animations were really interesting, but I have reservations about two animators. I don't remember their names exactly, but they are dark soon

I visited Samira Club in August 2025. It was one of the best experiences I had. It says 3 stars, but in fact the services Samira Club provided is 5 stars. I am not sure why it is not 5 star holiday destination

Sheets and towels changed every day. The food is so brilliant, variety of food selections. 2 Water slides locations, on the beach so you do not need to travel to the beach, few swimming pools

The staff are happy to cook any special dietary requirements or preferences which you may require. The restaurant is kept very clean

One evening we experienced exceptionally heavy rain and has to exit the à la carte restaurant (which is a separate building), via the kitchen to return to the main hotel and I’m delighted to say that the kitchens are also spotlessly clean and the staff were very suitable dressed for good preparation

The chairs & sofas are comfortable to sit in and it’s a lovely relaxing area to sit drinking coffee and watching the world go by. It can be a little cooler in there and a bit echoey at times, but still very nice

The food is all freshly prepared and beautifully cooked with a huge range of fresh vegetables and fruit. The salad bar is also excellent and the grill offers freshly prepared items for all meals

The balcony is of a very good size with 2 chairs, large table & a drying rack for clothes. The bathroom is well equipped with good lighting and the wc is in a separate room

The rooms, though a little dated, are spacious, offering lots of storage and kept spotless clean by the hardworking cleaning staff

Big shout out to Saied in the restaurant who made us feel so special at each visit. The food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive especially the deserts

Our glasses were never empty and the drinks put down as soon as we sat down

I’ve put on pounds! The entertainment staff were fun and the acts varied. To make the evening more enjoyable cheeky Hamidi tried to make me drink my body weight in vodka every night

The pool area was nice, shame we had a couple of bad weather days and we were regularly offered drinks by the pool waiter who always had a smile and joke (sorry I did not catch your name) Overall a lovely hotel which isn’t too big so all the staff greet you and treat you special

All in all we can understand why so many guests return as we eventually will. Thank you all for an amazing honeymoon

I rated this 4 not 5 because the room was smaller than I would expect, there was no surface to put your toiletries on in the bathroom and the toiletries supplied were minimal

For the price we paid can't fault it. Spending New year in Greeks island or Canaries would require to multiply our price X3 Not a massive choice off food yes but it's enough for majority and always taste and fresh

We noticed lots off rubbish thrown out everywhere even the beach outside hotel. Management doing there bits right as you see bored cleaners here and there but unfortunately they not doing it right in return

Unfortunately outside your room Tunisia in general screams for a deep clean. Hotel Staff are there for the job but not so keen on cleaning or raising standards, I noticed it could be in there coulture

Hotel situated in peaceful location , just outside off town centre, very nice and extremely well maintained garden. We had a good and quality time in Tunisia

More than enough to keep us all happy. Beds are really so so good, very comfy, and guest rooms cleaned daily

I was particularly thankful to the man behind the outside bar making me special coffees and the children's team Zayneb, Foopa and Sonni who made my daughter's holiday! My youngest cried leaving as she loved Zayneb! The hotel outside is immaculate, could use a bathroom refurb in our room but believe they are doing this now

Everything here is great, we had such a nice and clean room with amazing pool And sea view, the food is diverse and tasty, the staff friendly and helpful, there is also a private beach Night time is great and the best thing here is the animation teams

I went here as a single mum with my 2 daughters. I was a bit worried but booked everything with on the beach (though luggage wasn't apparently included) The hotel is just amazing

It was end of season and must hadn't had time off in months yet couldn't do enough for guests! From reception to cleaners, restaurant staff, children's and animation team! All go above and beyond

Over the years I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Egypt for example, & therefore consider myself a good judge of presentation & standards. Nozha Beach comes out high in every aspect

Cleanliness of the whole resort is immaculate constant patrolling of the grounds, pool area & beach is on going, not one piece of litter in site or empty glasses & grubby tables

All the way from our reservation, housekeeping, restaurant and entertainment, the service was top notch. The housekeeping always made sure that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay

There was never an issue to get a sun lounger and there are plenty of quieter places to hang out if you don't like to be at main pool where the animation team are based and where music plays all day

Coffee, alcoholic drinks and branded soft drinks - all first class

Cannot fault the food - there was always something for everyone to eat with a varied menu each day. The desserts weren't to our taste but there was always delicious strawberries and ice-cream

As someone has mentioned previously on a review they don't do English breakfast tea (lots of herbal tea on offer) so if you like a cuppa bring your own teabags and use the hot water stations

The staff go out of their way to learn your name and everyone was so attentive and fantastic with our kids - special shout out to Prince who really made time to entertain our youngest

I have been meaning to write another review after my holiday at the outstanding Hotel Diar Lemdina, I stayed at the hotel in may and had the best time, me and my mum returned in September and wow what an amazing holiday we both had

The hotel suite had three spacious rooms, and the buffet dinner was incredibly abundant. There were many traditional dishes, all to our liking. Plus, we could order local wines and beers – everything was fantastic!

The architecture is stunning, with a charming traditional style that makes you feel as if you’re walking through an authentic Medina. A beautiful place with excellent hospitality

Now, after the vacation, I can say that not all of these opinions are credible. The hotel is not new (and most hotels in this area are similar). However, this does not mean that it is neglected

I stay here for one week returning on 1st march 2026. It was my 4th time in Tunisia, before staying in Hammermet, Port el Kantoui and Sousse. Probably spelt all those wrong! Anyway

The à la carte restaurant was a highlight, Waheed provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. Naeem was also fantastic, making us feel well taken care of

A little understanding of the situation will come in handy. We had no problem with that throughout our stay. Even if a table was not ready yet, it was enough to ask the waiter and he prepared it right away

If you’re travelling with children, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for Christmas and New Year, as it didn’t feel very family-friendly during that period. For that time of year, Calimera would be a better choice

I got here not knowing what to expect but it’s been so good! Great atmosphere and the spa was fantastic! I booked 4 sessions and it was worth every penny. The girls are amazing and very welcoming

Lovely hotel, food is excellent but repetitive. Alcohol is limited unless you want to pay extra so I advise to bring alcohol in from duty free

Rescuers WORK! Don't sit by the pool on your phone while someone drowns! Animation is very active! And the children are not lured by force, but the children themselves are drawn to games and competitions) The food is very tasty and for every taste! All staff are working! I really liked it, I hope you do too

Top hotel in Hammamet. Staff are amazing even in low season. Food was varied and good, drinks generous and entertainment staff work hard to make the stay fun. All you could want from a 4 star hotel really.

Hey! My friend and I stayed at the Hotel Marco Polo in Tunisia, and it was such a great experience! The hotel is located near the beach, so the view is amazing, especially at sunset

We were surprised to discover that, despite booking an "all-inclusive" stay, several things were not actually included — such as certain bars and even fresh orange juice at breakfast! That felt a bit absurd for an all-inclusive resort

Lots of families stay here with EasyJet/Jet2 package holidays. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Service at the buffet wasn't as great as other hotels (e. we regularly served drinks for ourselves)

It was huge and the bed is comfortable, a nice bath and separate shower- though the shower has seen better days, lots of limescale and didn't manage to get it to work properly. The over bath shower was fine though

This is the fault of easyjet for not warning us or moving us. The restaurant had scaffolding outside and banging going on at meal times. The dust was awful amd we could not use the pool but went to the sister hotel

Great hotel and the animation team were absolutely superb and made the time there really fun. The hotel had just been freshly renovated so was looking pristine. Would definitely recommend especially if you have a family

Staff went out there way to help alot all staff are friendly and smiley bar staff was amazing full time we where here receptionist was always there to answer our questions when needed Wajdi was really helpful when asking for information when he took us to the beach and whenever we needed anything translated down there we could ask him before he left

On site they have a tattoo place he’s brilliant a few of us got one as a memory and henna for kids which my daughter loved. I highly recommend the spa they are brilliant a few of us went in more than once

Only one thing- smoking- for us from country where smoking is prohibited in public areas it was unpleasant to smell cigarates and breath in the smoke
