I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor, and the staff exhibited rude and discriminatory behavior. As a person who wears a hijab, I was treated differently compared to other tourists.

While other guests received complimentary drinks and fruit desserts, my request for the same was denied. The food provided was also inadequate for the price of 20 dinars. A plate consisting of pasta, fries, and chicken was not sufficient to feed one person. Additionally, we were only given a small bottle of water each, and when we requested another bottle, we were refused and told to purchase one at an unreasonably high price.

The staff's behavior was particularly troubling. They were rude, constantly giving us side glances, and displayed clear signs of Islamophobia and racism, despite us being from the same country. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

I strongly urge the hotel management to take these issues seriously and make significant improvements to ensure all guests are treated with respect and dignity.

Actually the hotel is catastrophic,no wifi no ac. The barmen give you drinks with a scowl face. The perfect thing in it is the animation team, they give the hotel a good vibe i like them. Thanks to ( WESS, WILLY,GRANDI, CELINA, MANINO, RITA and ofc DILA. I think if they gone just close the hotel

Holiday from hell, not sure where to begin. I came here as a group of 5, my 2 kids, my partner and frend. The majority of the staff were slow and very rude. The receptionists were no help whatsoever. The food was repetitive and not the best (three of us had been sick and all of us with explosive diarrhea!). At dinner we had to wait on plates, the majority of the time were still dirty after they were brought back out from the kitchen. Tables were hardly cleaned. Obviously short staffed as the restaurant staff as a whole did work hard. The swimming pools, although a lot of fun, was verrrrry salty. Much saltier than the ocean. The room was date, matress was rock hard and pillows just as bad. My son had an accident in the bed and the cleaner remade the bed without changing it. All in all, if you were desperate to lose weight, this is the place to be. If not, avoid!

Poor hotel, rooms are dirty the big pool is extremely dirt we couldn't even swim at, the food is not good at all you can barely find something eat able most customers buy food from outside, the stuff are rude and constantly fighting with customers the only exception is the animation at night

Its a totally catastrophic holiday i booked with all in soft but the food was so bad and you should always do a long line to get an empty plates to start another line for every thing you should wait a lot to get some baaad food , the staff was agressive because they didn’t get payed .. all people here are complaining and is disorganized… i never did a comment about a hotel but this one is a catastrophe

Hotel is nothing like advertised, dirty, unhygienic and falling apart. And it's a 3 star not 4 as advertised. Seems it's been run into the ground by the owners as a cash cow with no investment in the maintenance or running of basic facilities. Meal times are horrendous, people literally fighting over a clean plate, shocking scenes I've never seen before. Cues for food are long and disorganised. Oversubscribed because its a cheap deal. I saw one waiter wiping dirty cutlery with a napkin and passing it off as clean. When confronted he lied! Staff are demotivated and under pressure, not enough of them and they get annoyed if you ask them for a drink even though its all inclusive. My family lasted less than 24 hours before having to change hotels. I've never written a review before but felt compelled to so that others can avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment!

Main pool is sea water which is ok but good to know in advanced. We left after one night (should have been 6). The main reason is the buffet/eating. You cannot get a plate without fighting for one, the people who use the hotel are greedy and aggressive. It was very difficult to get food for children with no plates and cutlery, also they are not washed properly. Some of the food was very nice but generally the quality is bad. I don't blame it all on the hotel, the guests are the problem. They fill up multiple plates with massive amounts of food and then they throw it away and are rude to staff. This means that the service is non existent as the staff are upset all the time and have no wish to give good service. There were no soft drinks (coke,/boga/Fanta) the coffee was awful and cold.....

The rooms become very dusty and make your feet dirty immediately. The air con is not powerful so hot at night.

This is a 3 star hotel at most, if your willing to struggle to get anything to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner....maybe it's for you. The pool is very large and the slides looked good but we didn't use it because we just had to get out of there ....... This is a price vs quality decision and is up to you.

It’s definitely worth the money. The experience was incredible. But the food was the same everyday. Animation team was good especially Dali we like him, he’s so good and we’ll miss him and other ones too. The shows were very good every night.
