Caribbean World Monastir Hotel in Monastir

Holiday from hell, not sure where to begin. I came here as a group of 5, my 2 kids, my partner and frend. The majority of the staff were slow and very rude. The receptionists were no help whatsoever. The food was repetitive and not the best (three of us had been sick and all of us with explosive diarrhea!). At dinner we had to wait on plates, the majority of the time were still dirty after they were brought back out from the kitchen. Tables were hardly cleaned. Obviously short staffed as the restaurant staff as a whole did work hard. The swimming pools, although a lot of fun, was verrrrry salty. Much saltier than the ocean. The room was date, matress was rock hard and pillows just as bad. My son had an accident in the bed and the cleaner remade the bed without changing it. All in all, if you were desperate to lose weight, this is the place to be. If not, avoid!

Poor hotel, rooms are dirty the big pool is extremely dirt we couldn't even swim at, the food is not good at all you can barely find something eat able most customers buy food from outside, the stuff are rude and constantly fighting with customers the only exception is the animation at night

Its a totally catastrophic holiday i booked with all in soft but the food was so bad and you should always do a long line to get an empty plates to start another line for every thing you should wait a lot to get some baaad food , the staff was agressive because they didn’t get payed .. all people here are complaining and is disorganized… i never did a comment about a hotel but this one is a catastrophe

Hotel is nothing like advertised, dirty, unhygienic and falling apart. And it's a 3 star not 4 as advertised. Seems it's been run into the ground by the owners as a cash cow with no investment in the maintenance or running of basic facilities. Meal times are horrendous, people literally fighting over a clean plate, shocking scenes I've never seen before. Cues for food are long and disorganised. Oversubscribed because its a cheap deal. I saw one waiter wiping dirty cutlery with a napkin and passing it off as clean. When confronted he lied! Staff are demotivated and under pressure, not enough of them and they get annoyed if you ask them for a drink even though its all inclusive. My family lasted less than 24 hours before having to change hotels. I've never written a review before but felt compelled to so that others can avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment!

Undeclared work the hotel is closed and they have rented another old building to take care of without air conditioning the central rooms are closed, restaurant sucks vulgar staff with equipment without maintenance even the grass is dry
