Worst hotel Iv ever stayed in , rooms basic no mini fridge in room . Had to ask for one . Plastic cups for drinks in , no rep to talk to , complain to management things don’t get resolved , no welcome pack . Other tourists telling others wer to find things as nothing is displayed properly..
Entertainment staff were lovely but not enough on . Some nights things not on as was told . On a plus side pool area nice plenty of sun beds . Food very basic and repetitive not the best for an all inclusive holiday .

Malek the 1st, amazing host. He is part of the entertainment crew and he made the whole trip enjoyable for everyone. Everything was nice in the room and with the food but nothing compares to the amazing vibe that malek and the rest of the entertainment crew provided.

We would like to highlight the animators who work hard and a lot every day to make sure we return home with the best experiences and feel special! Respect! 5star all round from me. The staff go above and beyond. The animation team were spectacular and always got everyone involved. There were 3 meals provided everyday and mid afternoon there were pizza and pancakes too. Drinks were available all through the day. My room was very spacious and had a balcony. The beach is just across the road down a short path and on the beach there is also a bar all part of the inclusive package. Entertainment was on every night and various activities during the day. Also a kids club daily. Some of the reviews on here I can't quite believe as my experience was amazing. Thankyou all

staff are great, so is animation team. Food is repetitive, however good choice of salads. Only vending machine hot drinks, so missed having good tea and coffee. loved the pool, a lot of space around the pool to lounge. Beach was across the road, we could only go twice as it was dirty, plastic and other stuff floating around. Good amount of jelly fish in June. Hotel is located away from any local shops or restaurants, you have to get transport to go around. Local buses are pretty frequent. Overall pleasant stay.

Absolutely disgusting here.how is this a 4 star hotel.
Food is same rubbish every other day. and not enough variety.
Activities none.
Coffee and tea is disgusting in small paper cups.
Same as drinks.
Pool area is ok. Rooms are not too bad.
TV all foreign channels.
No kettle or mini fridge.
The beach is filthy and full if seaweed.
Language barrier is a great deal of an issue.
Towels you have to pay and deposit for and are filthy and dirty.
WiFi is not so great in this hotel.
As its too old and in urgent need of updating.
Will not come back here or recommend

After staying for 7 days and 6 nights, I can tell you this:

Pros:
The pool: Big and clean.
The beach: Even though it's across a road, it's quiet, calm and secure.
The food: Tasty and good.
The security: On point.
The owner: A nice guy who roams around, greeting everyone and taking his time with all the clients.
The animation: An entertaining show every night after dinner.

Cons:
The drinks: Low-cost, no natural juice, coffee from a machine, plastic cups... a big no.
The staff: Always showing a rude face and unfriendly behavior. But the worst are those who harass everyone at any given moment to offer you (paid) a tattoo, an extra activity, or a massage; oh my God, it's pure harassment.
The animation "team": They do a show every night, nice and full of energy, which is good. But outside the show, they just roam all around, trying to flirt with every girl and making everyone, trying to have a quiet and nice moment, uncomfortable.; specially their leader.

in final, it's an average hotel, tbh i liked the experiance, the days that i stayed,; this hotel has a big potentiel.

one star is so high for this hotel ! a big failure i dont recommand at all .
the room is small for 3 ppl and its full of ants the bathroom is so old needed to be repared the beach is so dirty and neglected the animation is so mid the same activities from decades they need to update it
the restaurant the big trouble. the food is ok but the manager and waiters are a hella bad and rude its always the preference of tourists and arabs i didnt feel like am in vacation at all

The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.

all OK!!! There were no jellyfish. The hotel is across the road to the sea, traffic is passive, you can safely cross. Everything on the beach was free. Sand and sea are clean. Russians, Poles, Germans, Arabs, British, locals come. Number: basement-large rooms with a balcony, repair, hair dryer, cleaning 1 dinar, 1 Russian TV channel, clean every other day. They understand only French, English and Russian through gestures. Cuisine: scrambled eggs in the morning every day, lunch-meat of all kinds and local fish, there was tuna 2 days, shrimp 2 times, crabs 1 time, watermelon and melon every day. Ala carte: dorado. Towels deposit, change at least every day. Animation is weak, but there is no entertainment. The store is small and expensive. Bus to Monastir and Sousse. From the airport 15 min. You can't hear the planes, but you can see them). Insects are poisoned. Drinks without restrictions, no regrets. Guide: zero information, vparivaet excursions. Hamam 20, sauna 15 DT. 1DT=25r. There are no entertainment or shops within walking distance.
