This is the El Fel Hotel and the pictures shown here are not of it but of the hotel opposite it, named Ambar El Fel
I spent a week here and was surprised when I arrived at the small size of the rooms and their total difference from what I saw in the pictures. The food was very normal, but the beach is good, but the treatment and reception is very disastrous, and the location of the hotel is very far from the city center, the transport is very expensive, and the activities inside the hotel are very disappointing, and it is worth noting that security is completely non-existent. My friend left the room and when he returned he found that the room is clean and his money is all missing, although he locked the room and did not ask for cleaning. When he complained, the hotel did not take responsibility for what happened, although its only employee entered the room after we verified the use of the card. But they couldn't accuse the cleaner because she was Tunisian and we were foreigners. Besides, another resident testified that the same cleaner was jumping from the balcony into the rooms, and when they confronted her, she replied that it was for cleaning ,And so we were sure they were all complicit in the theft, knowing that all circumstances were right for them to escape punishment. Due to the knowledge of the extent of the police's negligence and our inability to file a complaint at the consulate due to the short time and beyond the location.
So they sidelined us under the pretext that the hotel lacked surveillance cameras. Then he went to the police but there is no life for those who call, so the state is almost barbaric. I'd advise you not to stay here because you'd regret it so much. Believe me.

Hotel El Fell in Hammamet is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and entertaining stay. The service is moderate, but some staff are attentive and welcoming. The food is varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices to satisfy every taste. The hotel also has direct access to the beach – although the sea can sometimes be a bit wavy, it adds to the charm of the Mediterranean atmosphere.

The swimming pool is not very deep, which makes it perfect for families and those who just want to relax, and it’s always full of life thanks to the fun animations and water games organized around it. Guests will never get bored with the lively activities available.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a day of fun. Altogether, Hotel El Fell combines good service, tasty food, entertainment, and a beautiful setting for an unforgettable holiday in Hammamet.

My stay at El Fell was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I have had.

When we arrived, hotel staff confirmed that all the parasols belonged to the hotel and that guests could sit anywhere. However, once we sat down, we were told — in a rude tone — to move because a section “belonged” to the neighbouring beach club Le Trèfle. We moved, but shortly after, the supervisor approached us in an even more aggressive and disrespectful manner, telling us to move again. It soon became clear why: the hotel receives a share of the money from Le Trèfle’s customers, who were treated politely and never told to move, unlike us paying hotel guests.

To make matters worse, we were only given two towels despite booking for three people. We repeatedly asked the housekeeper, the housekeeper’s supervisor, and the receptionist for a third towel — but nothing changed. When I asked the housekeeper again, she yelled at me loudly in the hallway, telling me she would not give me a towel and to stop asking. This behaviour was shockingly unprofessional and humiliating.

We were also overcharged for a drink by a considerable amount. Between the unclear beach rules, blatant favouritism, overcharging, and openly rude staff (from the supervisor to housekeeping), we felt unwelcome and disrespected for our entire stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel until it starts treating its own guests with the respect they deserve.

The guards won’t let you in if you’re local even if you want to pay for the pool/beach and try to force you to pay them (bribe), they were so aggressive and they suggested we should just leave!

We called the reception, they said you can come. (It took us 30 minutes to come) then the guards were violent and asked us to leave!!

Very bad experience! Be careful, the beach was empty, no music, and not worth it at all!!!

Compared to other hotels i have experienced after this one, i really came to appreciate el fell, it's a decent hotel with all the necessary needs. The staff were all kind and helpful, the food was fairly decent and the place is well located for people who just want to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean. There are enough high end restaurants and cafeterias near by, it's not far from hammamt yasmine but far enough to not be bothered by the loud noises and the crowded roads. The rooms weren't clean but once i told the housekeeper they made a little more effort to clean it.

The beach was amazing, well equipped with many activities to do there and many vendors coming and going selling all type of goods.

I will without a doubt in mind go back to this hotel as i feel like it's a decent gem that deserves a chance

The view is good, the restaurant on the beach the people who serve are amateurs. If you order something you'll wait for ages. If you ask something about it they will send you to their colleague.

Visit - 3nd week of October 2019, good weather but I would recommend going at the beginning of October for good weather everyday. But it was not busy or packed there was about 20 of us and I ended up having the pools to myself most days it was so nice.

Hotel
Has two parts to it, one part a bit old and dated, then the other part is all modern and up to date.
Has three pools adult and adjoined kids pool out side and one inside.
This hotel also has a private beach area.

Room
We had a deluxe beach view room with balcony, and deluxe it was. Brand new loads of space, comfortable space, very clean, the house keeper left flowers in our room. Bedding changed every day. Bathroom was amazing with a high pressure shower. Clean towels everyday.

Food
Breakfast, lunch and dinner. No snacks in between so don't go all inclusive.
The food wasn't at a 5* quality but it was OK and what expected for 3*!

Entertainment
This made mine and my girls holiday!!!!!!! A well deserved 5*
There was one person that I will never forget who made our stay very very enjoyable her name was Sana, she always made sure me and the girls was ok included us in all activitys, would even come and look for us around the complex to see if we wanted to join in and tell us about the entertainment in the evening. Even at night when she was willing to stay and up to entertain all the guests.

Overall
would I go back again, yes I would, maybe a few days before we went in October to catch the longer weather, but all and all it was a great holiday.

Hotel with too much noise. Staff is not welcoming at all. The pool was dirty and rooms are not cleaned everyday. The towels are nasty. This place should be rated as a 1 star hotel. If you are black stay away.
