We came from Czech republic into the hotel at night and I would't mind to sleep in hell, how tired we were. We accepted the room without checking anything and fell into the bad. In the morning we realized that there is no balcony - where should we dry our towels and swimming suits? WC was smelling, no hair dryer, bath tube dirty, towels smelling. We were told that we accepted the room before. We were thinking about arguing and changing it after breakfast, but when we saw the dining room, we gave up. In comparison with this dining room, our room seemed to be a top of purity in Hammamet. The tables are dirty, mess is everywhere, even the walls are dirty. Plates missing, forks missing. For drinking you can take juice, which tastes as sugar. Or wait in a long queue for Fanta/beer. You become 1dl cup. Every day the same food, no updates. Almost everything is hot, so our children ate just pommes and "pizza". The staff is nice, I believe, they are doing their best, but in such crowded place, they have no chance to keep it without problems. Animation OK, they poked people to go and have fun. Playground totally destroyed. Also the pools and tobogans look old and dirty. Beach dirty, cammels poo on the beach and then you swim within their.... NEVER MORE.

It's very bad hotel, except for the swimming Pool, it's horrible rooms, i have change many rooms but all have some decrease. Food are poor without taste + bad smell at room....prise,....rapport Q/P=0.

A very nice 3 stars hotel Value for money or even more and more Hotel has great atmosphere and great animation team and you feel full of energy inside the hotel Very tasty food and good service staff Even hotel has some monuments of Hammamet inside Very good experience

This is literally the worst Hôtel Ive been to in my life the rooms are bad the pools gets so dirty, the staff is fineso is the food

I was at the hotel with my mum for a week on arrival Sonia at the reception made us very welcome and helped us throughout our stay, ayoub the waiter was very attentive very friendly and quick service throughout our stay also Wassim who worked at the restaurant was very polite and helpful best waiter in the hotel also arbi from day time bar staff is absolutely amazing bibo and ramos from the animation team where outstanding they made our whole experience amazing and the manager of the hotel is very kind and friendly

A Total Rip off. don't go there. The hotel is disgusting, the food uneatable, and drinks undrinkable, staff are rude and don't care as the place is to be knocked down in September, its not worth 1 star
