Caribbean World Hammamet Village in Hammamet

I don't know where to begin, I wish I could give 0 stars.
The reception service is extremely slow, the food was the most horrible food I've ever tasted, I'm not a picky eater but it was really bad.
The toilet was leaking and the smell is unbearable with no towels no warm water and a door that you can't close, I tried to change the room but they refused and it was already fully booked. The cleaning staff didn't clean before the check in neither the next day, the bed sheets were dirty and the pictures do not match with the reality.
The best part is that the staff is super rude and the AC was not working after a while.
Avoid it .

No wifi, no snack bar, buy your own water or stay dehydrated, very low quality food with very limited choices, a repetitive menu, fruits are the only dessert available (they only serve melon & watermelon), bugs everywhere + most of the staff are so rude and impolite + coordination within the administration staff is non-existent, I do not recommend

That hotel is the worst old fashioned rooms no friendly staff when I was eating dinner i found a chocolate cream i eatted it with my mom and at the night we vomited it and we had to go to the doctor

Staff is good they are trying to help with what ever available but as place sorry for the hotel maintenance is underway toilet flash leaking shower head doesn't fix to wall room has spiders no fridge no iron no kittle for making hot water even the safe doesn't work during this quarantine they don't give u door card and they say health requirements and protocol as well nearest plug for charging your phone is next to desk which is 2.5m away from bed land line even to call reception is not working tv not working only radio this place need to be update or recycled as you can see the natural effect on the building such humidity it could much more quint if the make some touch up the hotel since was built 1984 as the ambassador hotel since carrabian world took over the hotel lost its luxury in stuck in mid eighty sorry i am not sorry don't waste you money into quarantine in this place they trying to cover those lack of choices by delivering customer service and acceptable food choice but not as expected from 4 or 3 stars hotel any way i am locked here 4th night and i give 4 stars only for staff 0 star for the hotel and when i compare the hotel with other hotels in Sousse or Mahdia, Djerba sorry it is very overrated 90 Dinar all inclusive 3 meals but still for so many people they stuck as corrupted goverment force us to grab what they told us allowed from the list only and the choice very limited Thank you Tunisian governors to be a** holes again

Never seen such awful hotel, no organization in the restaurant you have to wait for plates and ustensil to eat, the hotel it self dirty everywhere including room,
( photos in the hotel web site don't reflects the reality)No aquatic games for kids as they confirmed to me by phone before my arrival, also we were disappointed by the personl reception, don't spend your vacation and money in this ""hotel""
