Tui Blue Scheherazade Adults Only in Sousse

I rated this 4 not 5 because the room was smaller than I would expect, there was no surface to put your toiletries on in the bathroom and the toiletries supplied were minimal. Also some of the hotel needed a bit of an update. However, the rest of the stay was a 5 star experience. The staff were absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to Saied in the restaurant who made us feel so special at each visit. The food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive especially the deserts. I’ve put on pounds! The entertainment staff were fun and the acts varied. To make the evening more enjoyable cheeky Hamidi tried to make me drink my body weight in vodka every night. Our glasses were never empty and the drinks put down as soon as we sat down. The pool area was nice, shame we had a couple of bad weather days and we were regularly offered drinks by the pool waiter who always had a smile and joke (sorry I did not catch your name) Overall a lovely hotel which isn’t too big so all the staff greet you and treat you special. I very rarely return to a hotel twice but I will be back

Home today from an amazing 4 nights with friends. Very clean complex & very friendly, helpful staff. A special thankyou to Bilel for being so attentive and friendly. I would return to this hotel

This is a beautiful hotel and our holiday was made perfect by every staff member we interacted with. The food is the best I’ve had at any all inclusive resort, there was always plenty of choice and all of it looked fresh and was well presented. Staff in the dining room were excellent at remembering your favourite table and drinks, especially Chafik who went above and beyond for us. The animation team worked really hard to keep us entertained and involved, and found the perfect line between encouraging without being pushy. The pool and beach area were well kept, with plenty of loungers and space. The room was lovely, had everything you might need and was cleaned very thoroughly. There’s a shop on site but just outside the hotel gates to the right there are a few shops that are worth visiting if you can drag yourself off the lounger for 10 minutes. Also recommend trying out the shisha and taking a walk to see the beautiful gardens that are so well taken care of. Can’t recommend them enough, we will be back for sure!

Arrived at the hotel on 16th December shortly before it was to finish serving the evening food. Even though we were sat down by the manager and he brought us a selection of high quality buffet style food such as roasted quail, salads, seafood canapés and derserts all were delicious. We returned to unpack our suitcases refresh ourselves and returned to watch the evening entertainment and enjoy a few drinks. The hotel is ideally situated in Sousse which is roughly in between the north and south of the Tunisian tourist highlights. The staff in the hotel were great never had to ask for anything we were waited on continuously by bar staff, restaurant waiters and room service. The food quality was outstanding probably the highest quality food we had ever had in any Tui Hotel. It was top quality and such a variety different choices everyday too. We were there for Christmas Eve celebrations. In the afternoon the hotel had a Christmas Market providing typical produce for us to indulge in (drinks and snacks) this was followed a bit later with a cocktail party with an assortment of alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails to suit everyone. Christmas dinner followed with the biggest selection starters, Main courses, and deserts I have ever seen. Following on from the dinner we watched the Christmas show and the evening ended with dancing. It was great to see the guests from different countries and different religions all getting on so well together.
On the 26th we left the hotel and the hotel porter provided outstanding service collecting our cases supervising the transport and loading in the vehicle.
Overall this hotel is amazing top quality food and drink, super friendly staff and super location.

Fourth time visiting this hotel and we were welcomed back like family. The man in charge of receiving us off the transfer coach even said "welcome home". The food as good as we remembered, staff very friendly and remember our names despite the thousands that must pass through in a year. Cannot fault this place at all and have booked to return in April 2026

This was our first visit to Tunisia and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is set on the beach and all rooms have a sea view. The outstanding staff make this hotel. Fabulous service and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay lovely. The food was definitely the best all inclusive we have ever been to, even my vegan daughter had found lots of variety. The spa was amazing and we enjoyed two visits during our stay. The activities are fun, we enjoyed participating in the French boules, jenga and corn hole throw as well as tennis. Our daughter's enjoyed the gym, pirates, legs, bums and tums as well as the resistance bands. Although they did feel the some of equipment needed cleaning. The evening entertainment was varied but difficult to see due to the shape of the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing break.

All staff was very nice with me and make me very happy.

Just returned from our first Christmas abroad ever and what a lovely experience it was. The staff all worked hard to make our stay restful and memorable. The Christmas Eve events were great, although geared towards the French guests who celebrate Christmas on the evening, which meant for us Brits Christmas Day was a bit of a non event, but we weren’t that bothered. Staff in the coffee shop, beach bar and restaurant definitely worth a mention, all hardworking and friendly. Entertainment staff superb and welcoming, learnt a new card trick from Amigo! The barman in the lobby bar not up to the same standard though. The whole site was really clean and well looked after. We would definitely return here, just not at Christmas, want it a bit warmer!
